Ability to customize rules around velocity and volume.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

Doesn't allow for easily combining personal info of cardholder with spend behaviour in creating rules. Kibana interface could be friendlier.

What problems is Fraud.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trabsactional fraud. Easy to filter different parameters to see general spend behavior across customer base.

A wonderful tool to catch bad guys

What do you like best about Fraud.net?

Fraud.net is very easy to use. It has a sleek interface and is very personable. By creating new rules that adapt to our business type, we become more precise, ultimately saving the company a fair amount of money.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

I wish Fraud.net could link to multiple other tools that we use daily to make it even more efficient. If we could connect to external articles thanks to keywords, our work could be made more accessible. But overall, it is a great tool, and our company can survive thanks to it!

What problems is Fraud.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do transaction monitoring through Fraud.net. Daily, we use it to review purchases made by clients to make sure they follow their usual pattern and detect fraud early. We also create rules that adapt to current fraud trends to "catch the bad guys" while their pattern is consistent.

What do you like best about Fraud.net?

It helps to increase our approval rating. It will reduce the manual labor required to review the online transactions and improve the turnaround time to approve an order, thus increasing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

I can't say anything that I dislike about the product or service. It's a new tool for us, and we hope to have a seamless experience with high approval ratings and good customer service while maintaining fraud prevention.

It is a user-friendly tool and works really well in auto approving transactions and reducing fraud simultaneously. The support team is really great in responding quickly and at any time. Overall, it is efficient and effective.

What do you like best about Fraud.net?

The implementation time was extremely fast and their customer service is very responsive. Fraud.Net allows our company to verify in real-time the background screening and conduct our due diligence on prospective suppliers. Our Compliance team is thrilled with this addition to our supplier onboarding process.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

It would be helpful for the Analytics tool or data to be extracted in different file layouts or raw flat files to allow exporting into other applications without an API integration. Especially, for smaller volumes that don't necessarily meet the API requirements.

What problems is Fraud.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

We did not previously have a background check on prospective suppliers that were as extensive into the criteria we built with Fraud.Net. This allows us to make informed decisions timely when considering onboarding a new supplier. Background verification has never been easier than with using Fraud.

The benefits I've realised is that it helps me solve complex transaction issues with just a click A good engine for mitigating fraud risk.
