I've been using Format for quite a while now and it's still the best one I've seen! I love the different templates, which are all very clean and modern. Its super easy to add images to your site using the phone app. Plus the customer service is fantastic!

Honestly, I have no issues with Format so far!

Hosting a nice-looking website that is easy to update!

Format provides a platform to non-tech photographers to create websites and showcase their work to the entire world. This is easy to use and for non-tech artists. This tool has helped a lot of people in my community too.

Although there is no such problem, I would like to highlight one small suggestion to format team please make something more eye-catching for mobile apps as in today's handheld device world, every one wants their website to be on mobile and tablets.

Now my work is visible to everyone with just one click and it is possible with Format Only. this tool is helping me to promote me and my tea's work in front of client.

I find that contrary to popular blogging websites like Wordpress, Format has specifically and successfully targeted the art market. I feel comfortable with how aesthetically pleasing my site looks when presenting my work as the design and layout of the templates are all to the standard that a professional art site should be.

I dislike that my portfolio looks like trash on mobile because on desktop it looks so good. The formatting is inflexible, and won't scroll up and down which isn't great.

I have a professional website and domain for my artwork. And it was really easy to set up without compromising artistic standards or having to hire a coder.

There many things I like: Being able to add and intro page; my theme which is minimalist, simple yet elegant; but the most important is that the support team is fully available to clarity my doubts and guide me step by step in order to solve my problems.

I dislike the fact that themes do not have animations or flash features. A flash intro would be a great thing to have on my site. I would also love to have more "pages" or features for my "intro" page to chose from, the intro page is the page that goes before my landing page.

My advice for those looking at Format is to avoid hesitation, and start using it full time. Format make things easier and they are always ready to help.I remember my first contact with their support team, it was to connect my gmail account to the business email (using my host name). The girl that handled the request solved my issue quickly and educated me about the process, it was great!

I started with Format since my very beginnings and has impacted my target market heavily. Clients go to my website and they do not hesitate to hire me when they see it. My website is my main "tool", "weapon", and Format has saved me time, money, efforts, and has provided me with a nice, clean minimalist template that I can personalise anytime I want.

For me, Format was the best choice. I was looking for a way to build my website, and do it very easily, and then I became familiar with Format, which was just perfect for me. I took me very little time to raise my website, and present my portfolio to other people. Besides that, I think that my Format based website has led mine to a lot of new customers.

The one thing that I disliked is that fact that it's a bit hard to make design changes in HTML.

Use it, it worth the money, easy to use, fast and useful support when needed, and on top of all, you can make the slickest website around.

My site is way more visible and reachable thanks to the SEO options, and I get a lot of new visitors from it.

I have been using format for at least five years now. I love how easy it is to use as I know close to nothing about website building. Not too many themes to choose from. The website displays my portfolio exactly how I like it.

Some tools are pretty slow at times, like the Proofing and Uploading. I have tried with different internet connections but that does not seem to change.

If you are a photographer or anything else in the creative industry and you want to display your work, Format is definitely a good choice for you. The available themes go very well with all kinds of portfolios. Super easy to customize.

As stated above, it displays my portfolio really well without any noise. Also the contact form works smoothly and provides an easy way for potential client to reach me.

One of the most helpful things about format is the proofing option. This allows you to upload all the high resolution photographs from a shoot and then share them privately with a client. It looks very professional and it is very easy to use.

The least helpful thing about Format is that the design can be restrictive. For example, you can not use custom font and there is a limited selection.This is not too say that I think it should be fully customisable (like a drag and drop website. I actually like how the design is curated for you - but I do think there are certain elements that should be customisable.

The main problem that has been solved is presentation. My work now looks professional and I have used in a number of meetings and interviews.

Their customer service is great and I am very pleased.Text fonts, tones and unlimited pages and amazing colours and templates. I would not suggest any other website builder then Format.The easier it is to do complex things on the website, the better.

There is not anything I can think of that I like least about Format. But as I wrote above I have little knowledge of programming.I love it and would change.nothing about it.

It gives my photography business a better image.Big help to expand the resume information and place all of my relevant data in one place. I could design my homepage easily and much cheaper than hiring technician.

as a professional photographer who shoots a lot of verticals, I find it hard to create a website using pre-made layouts that don't minimize the vertical dimensions. I was thrilled with all the simple, functional and well designed options from format.

Customizing the code was confusing so I skipped it.

highly recommend and definitely utilize the LR integration features.

I'm solving most my problems with format. It has a better user experience, more friendly to vertical photos, text options are great and the layouts are modern and creative without being obnoxious.

What I like best about format is the creative opportunities I’ve received from using this site. I think that it’s a rare and admirable quality for a web hosting company to reach out to its customers with unique opportunities catered to the artist / business owner’s craft.

The only thing I dislike about format is the cost of hosting. I find it’s one of the easiest sites to use with the most professional outcome but it is on the steeper side of web hosting.

Definitely use format if you are looking for a great and professional site but you have little web design / coding experience. Not that format doesn’t have advanced settings but it’s also great for beginner web design.

I’ve realized the benefits of having a professional online creative portfolio. I’ve found that Instagram has provided me with many connections but having a site that displays my images in full and in an organized fashion has Been an asset.
