Initial learning curve is high, but it is worth it for professional reports.

What do you like best about Form Publisher?

I CAN FORMAT THE TEMPLATE THE WAY I WANT, and then the formatting is set for all of my reports.

What do you dislike about Form Publisher?

THE INCONSISTENCY IN HAVING ACCESS TO THE TEMPLATE AND THE INCONSISTENCY IN THE FORMS WORKING. For some of the more complex instructions, such as conditional templates, I wish there was more detail and more examples.

What problems is Form Publisher solving and how is that benefiting you?

EFFICIENT WAY TO SEND INTAKE FORMS TO PATIENTS. IT SAVES ME TIME AND PAPER.

Possibility of creating pdfs from google forms

Emails sometimes take time to be delivered.

What problems is Form Publisher solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teaching. I ask student reports to be filed via Google forms and form publisher helps to generate pdfs out of the forms so that I can easily share them.

What do you like best about Form Publisher?

Easy of use. It helps you get forms very quickly. As the features are basic you don't loose too much time with tools or features that you don't need.

What do you dislike about Form Publisher?

Misses a lot of features, so if you would more complex forms, better to choose other tool.
