Nothing, or else I am not writing the review

I used Focus ERP in Saudi Arabia at multiple groups from October 2010 till November 2021 consists of trading of spare parts, Iphone/smart phones and accesories, travel and tourism, construction, contracting, training & development, media advertising and marketing, assembly plant, fascility management etc. It is easy to implement, set up the flow of documents, customization and preparation of reports. The teams in Saudi Arabia and India are very cooperative and support remotely and on site. The price is lesser than other similar types of systems with enhance support from the team.

Customized reporting that helps in the molding reports according to requirement with in a short span.

Focus 9 is a very reliable platform that prevents any sort of data loss. It is ergonomic software. By using the report engine any kind of report can be easily created and workload can be reduced manifolds. It is a detailed software that enables proper audit trials. The customization feature is just like the icing on the cake.

The harder part of this software, however, is that one has to pull teeth to become an expert. It demands a fully trained accountant. Moreover, it lacks the built-in management system that was previously available in Focus 6. Sometimes it seems to be relatively more buggy.

The design could be improved so that implementation should be rapid and perfect. Customer support service is another area that needs improvement, as, sometimes one has to wait for a long time after the call to be assisted even on small issues. This not only reduces the focus in the work but also makes the users freak.

Highly customizable Enterprise Resource Planner. It best suit for any industry requirement. Light weight web based software which loads at ease and fast at the client terminal. It has roll forward and roll backward technology that protects data corruption due to any unforeseen network break between server and the client. It can run on both SQL and Oracle DB, which adds to its DB security and highly efficient report quires.

Have been using Focus RT the previous version to Focus 9 for the past 7 years and i have not come across any limitation. And we are in the process of upgrading from RT to Focus 9 and have not come across any limitations.

It is a high end economical ERP

We are using it for Procurement, Accounts, warehouse and production. It is a full fledged Enterprise Resource Planning Software.

i can create my own reports in all modules

iam still using the sql module not the cloudy , so noticed that you will always be in need for their support

i think this is common with othere ERPs but diffrence comes with how easy , i think Focus is so good enogh
