I've used Floship for over 5 years for my ecommerce fulfilment and I can't speak highly enough.

I also like the seamless integration with my Shopify store.

In the beginning, the communication and cost were good. That was over 3 years ago.

By the end, it would take days to hear back about anything. When I transferred my products, they lied about the costs to retain my money. Then, when the bill was finalized, they refused to return the over $3000 for a 90-day period when she knew I had more than enough already in my account. Don't trust what they say, especially "Iza."

They were our 3pl for over 3 years. What a mistake.

There is nothing good about them, you will lose time and money if you start to work with them.

I strongly advise against using Floship—avoid this company at all costs.

Firstly, dealing with Floship is a constant blame game; no matter what goes wrong, it's never their fault. They consistently make severe billing errors, adding arbitrary charges to invoices that defy explanation. Expect at least a 25% markup on all shipping rates, clearly padding their profits at their clients' expense.

Shipping delays, always having disturbance. Avoid this company at all cost. I dont know why they are even existing. You will loose revenue and all your customers with them. This is a most incapable logistics company I dealt with and I have years of experience with global shipping now.

Is not helpful at all, I dont know why they are still in work. This company is causing us daily trouble and has not competence in fixing any issues. The account team is incapable of solving problems. The support team is low and not helpful. The company does not hold any of its promises and caused us many shipping delays, frustrated customers and real revenue loss.

There are no recommendations or positive aspects to like.

Review provided with an update for visibility, noting 0 response from Floship since these concerns were originally raised:

Expected to have a positive experience with Floship since they are supposed to specialize in crowdfunding campaigns. This did not happen.

Floship delayed deliveries by months, then made unacceptable errors on customs declarations, then messed up customer addresses.

On top of this, it took numerous emails to get our account agent to respond to any of our requests.

We have since switched to a different 3PL and they are so much better it is hard to believe Floship is still around.

.We get same company’s different entities in different countries live inventory update at all points

It’s all manual and instead of e-commerce it should support small to medium business shipping processes as well

Better accounting (invoicing) tabs will help the company
