Messaging individual contacts obtained through the platform can be tiresome. There is no way to templatize your message so either one message goes to ALL contacts, or you need to write new (or cut/paste) your individual message to each person you want to send.

The features and ease of setup have allowed us to host professional looking virtual meetings with less effort. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful.

Occasionally, the time zone difference can be an issue when needing immediate last minute help. More clear communication about time constraints and deadlines is needed to avoid last minute panic.

Best online hosting platform, very easy to use and excellent technical team support. We made use of Floor since 2020 for all our online events.

Maybe just the quality of videos can be improved, but not an issue though.
