"Highly recommended for Conversational Automation"

What do you like best about Floatbot?

Although we were optimistic about Floatbot even while implementing it, it turned out far better than our expectations, especially its accuracy. We were impressed when we witnessed the Chatbot managing moderately complex conversations by itself. The platform is quite flexible to make modifications. And the best part is the customer support we are getting from them - Jimmy and his team are always ready to help. I would definitely recommend Floatbot to you if you’re looking for a Conversational AI solution.

What do you dislike about Floatbot?

I cannot think of any specific thing about Floatbot that I did not like. However, in the beginning, we weren't aware of all the functionalities and features of the platform, but their team walked us through them.

We are using Floatbot to automate customer support. Now the Chatbot interacts with customers. That way, we are able to manage customer queries with just a couple of support agents.

"Floatbot is convenient to use!"

What do you like best about Floatbot?

For me, the best part about Floatbot is that it is very easy and convenient to use, its no-code capabilities allowed me to develop and deploy the chatbot in just a few hours for my website. Also setting up the AI capabilities was quite straightforward. Analyze feature allows me to go through my chatbot usage statistics which is great! The bot serves all the queries we get through the website. It saves a lot of time and effort for replying to each of the user’s queries that we receive on regular basis. I recommend Floatbot to any business looking for AI automation through multiple users facing channels. Looking forward to implementing Floatbot to our other channels as well.

What do you dislike about Floatbot?

As of now, I haven’t faced any issues with Floatbot. It is meeting our expectations – our customers are happy too. But I think I would expect more from Floatbot – maybe some more cool features in future.

What problems is Floatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Floatbot for me is an AI automation tool which I use for my website to automate user queries, it saves time for me which I used to spare to go through the general user enquiries on regular basis. It also allowed me to track the number of users go through my services and have sales enquires.

"Easy to manage"

What do you like best about Floatbot?

Floatbot platform is very easy to manage. I would call it a perfect DIY platform where I was able to create and implement bots for my business. Earlier me and my team have evaluated different platforms but Floatbot has stood out for us. We were able to manage and implement chatbots to our different channels. In fact, the bots are not just flow driven but are smart enough to respond to user queries. We have setup AI for the bot and bot is able to understand most of the common user queries.

What do you dislike about Floatbot?

I do not dislike any of the features but the statistics for the bot can be improved. It can be refined to get the exact bot and user data.

What problems is Floatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were facing the support issues on different channels, due to different time zones we were unable to respond to our prospects and hence losing our potential leads. With chatbot we were able to respond them 24x7 and guide them with appropriate response.
