The support and help page alongside the live team is very good and active for flexsim, so even a beginner can learn and move through the software quite easily. I have mastered a lot of complex in the past 5 months, before which I was a beginner in the software.

There are a few minor and rare bugs here and there but nothing that the support team couldn't help with.

As FlexSim user from last 5yrs, what I appreciate most about this software is its user-friendly interface, modeling capabilities, and 3D visualizations. FlexSim simplifies complex simulations with its drag-and-drop features and 3d object libraries. The customization and scripting options are flexible. The support and user community of Flexsim answers make problem-solving easy. its an invaluable tool for my work.

Especially I like Process Flow, Tree Nodes API, GUI building option with JS support, external DB connection, External programming(Python) support, HTTP host for connection REST API's and list of statistical disrtibutions available to use in coding.

Flexsim not yet properly developed Git repositories for Python libraries to control Flexsim externally, manual method takes huge time. Reinforcement Learning need more detailed docimentation and a detail video on how to use with proper use cases.

Powerful innovative and interactive tool simulating tool with accurate results.it does provide u to simulate the real time environment. Everything in real time could be simulated starting from the breakdowns to small stoppages and interaction of resources in the factory premises

Issues with the model as the mode size increases the simulating speed reduces.apart from from this the model closes itself creating issues to the user , as the user has to rework on the model from the start.

Average wip calculations, max wip evaluation ,

Model feasibility ,best placement of the machine in a given space.

It's user interface is very easy to learn. Drag and drop library is the best.

Some bugs in the conveyor systems and agvs.

Optimizing design of production line for buffer studies

FlexSim has a friendly interface with useful 3D module. For me, the best thing about FlexSim is the customer service, with quick responses and help on every doubts that you have.

Sometimes it is not easy to build more complex models. I know that process flow is helpful in this case, but there are few tutorials about this feature. Moreover, more intuitive API connecting FlexSim with Python would be very helpful.

FlexSim helps me to model and understand systems with a magnificent 3D view. It is relevant to perform visual analysis with non-specialist customers, to sell the proposals, and verify the model workflow.

3D models can cover many industries. I'm using it for different industries: steel foundry, plastic extrusion, education, 3D sand printing, mining sites and machining processes.

I wished it can give a build-in report, like Arena simulation from Rockwell Automation. Statistical collecter is a very complicated tool. Changing menus and options every year.

Build-in report for queue time, WIP, productivity, utilization, and other Queuing performance indicators.

Generate general routes depending on user definition, not using the TSP solutions.

Flexsim is an amazing software that allows to simulate and optimize any tasks. It is very user-friendly and has a wide range of features that can be customized according to the needs. Flexsim has helped me immensely in my research projects. It allows me to test out different scenarios and see which one is the most efficient. I highly recommend Flexsim to anyone who wants to improve their business processes or use it for research purposes.

Flexsim should create more resources (tutorials, how-to videos, etc.) to help users get the most out of the software. Additionally, the user interface looks old and it could be improved.

Flexsim is solving the problem of inefficient business processes. This is benefiting me by allowing me to research different scenarios and find the most efficient one.

Whenever your not understanding or

got any problem I just ask flexsim they answer it so quickly and give you alternate solution so you can use either method which is fusible.

Nothing much about complaint. I love flexsim service you people are great thank you for such service and it would better if one solution accessible in all the version

Flexsim helping me solving process flow and whenever I want to build a model I just post my method they send me model explaining how can we achieve it.

The process flow options almost eliminate the need to code. The documentation and tutorials are really helpful and so is the flexSim forum

Could have more hands-on tutorial project videos on youtube which could be helpful. Learning resources are little limited

FlexSim is very likely to solve whatever simulation work you are trying to solve. Don't use it for Global Supply Chain Simulations though.
