As an education organization within a larger university we often struggle with finding the best way to manage data, ensure files are secure, and make sure that everything is accessible. This product made all of those things way easier.

Overall it's a good product. I think that there might be a few additions I'd like to see on it, but nothing major. I'm sure they will be adding more capabilities with time.

It's helped give our users a more consistent and friendlier experiecnce which has increased happiness.

The services is usually pretty quick and I have yet to have a bad experience with them
