There is nothing we don't like. It's perfect for us.

Recommendations to others considering Flex Catering?

We compared this to about 5 other software options and this by far was the best, fastest and easiest to transition to and grow our business even better

What problems is Flex Catering solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old software was no longer working. Transition to Flex Catering will only speed up what we've been doing and offer a bit more customization for us than we've had with the other one.

Great support, simple to use.

What do you like best about Flex Catering?

Excellent customer service, never too busy to explain things personally and in detail for us. Has helped us realise a goal of selling products online in a pain-free way!

What do you dislike about Flex Catering?

Would prefer more flexibility to go between products when editing, without returning to menu.

What problems is Flex Catering solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selling out wholesale products online, saving us time and hopefully driving profits.

Excellent customer service

What do you like best about Flex Catering?

Customer service couldn't be better. The team went above and beyond to implement the system for us and quickly provide updates to improve the offering.

What do you dislike about Flex Catering?

Some of the information on the quote and order sheets doesn't flow through, however the team are already working on the next version to accommodate this.

What problems is Flex Catering solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduced time to produce reports between back office and kitchen and delivery drivers.

What do you like best about Flex Catering?

Great customer service with an easy ticket system, easy to use the platform and good looking design and layout for both customers and for users.

What do you dislike about Flex Catering?

There is no downside, we have enjoyed the changeover to using flex for our catering service.

What problems is Flex Catering solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's easier to track orders and where they are in the sales cycle. Plus the Ecommerce websites are well designed and user friendly, making it easier for people to purchase from us. Easy to use online platform, with everything from CRM to ecommerce.

All-round application that covers most aspects event management which we like.

We had a few app crashes which resulted in lost data so we had to change tools

Putting aside the small bugs. I still would recommend this tool for businesses to use.
