I like the simple usage and the realistic visualisation.

What do you dislike about Fittingbox?

The biggest pain I’ve been dealing with lately is the uncertainty around the glasses size (S, M, L).

What problems is Fittingbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of ordering multiple pairs of glasses, trying them on at home, and returning the rest, users can get the impression of how the glasses fit right away, no matter where they are.

What do you like best about Fittingbox?

The customer success team has been very helpful throughout the setup. They made the implementation on my website much easier. I also appreciate the realistic rendering the solution offers.

What do you dislike about Fittingbox?

I don’t have any complaints so far. Everything works as expected.

I use Fittingbox for eyewear virtual try-on, reducing customer hesitation when buying glasses online and increasing conversion rates with customers.

Fitting Box - is it fitting for your business

What do you like best about Fittingbox?

What I liked about Fitting Box is its flexibility to accommodate many industries and the different needs of those customers.

What do you dislike about Fittingbox?

What I disliked about Fitting Box is that it did not offer sufficient user support and customization capacity. We reviewed this tool on a trial basis and was not able to come to consensus on using this tool for our organization.

Recommendations to others considering Fittingbox?

I would recommend that you have dedicated staff to evaluate this product and establish vendor support in order to get the most out of the evaluation process and perhaps have more success that our organization was able to achieve. We are still open with considering this tool at a later time.

What problems is Fittingbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking into Fitting Box to have a greater reach to potential customers and interested parties. We were looking for an interaction yet informative tool for promoting the organization. I believe if we were able to get more hands on assistance and training, we may have been had a better experience with this tool.
