I love that this software can allow the complete management of the gym management and beyond . I like how easy it is to make a custom report. I like that PT charges can be on membership account it does not have to be on 2 different accounts.

Customer support was a little lagging on my time on the phone with them. It wasn't a problem, but if I needed an answer right away, it didn't happen.

The set-up process for Fitness Force can be quite time consuming and tedious. It takes a great deal of attention to detail for everything to be finalized. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time ensuring all information is correct prior to launch. Do not rush the launch, however, as fixing issues after it has launched is more time consuming than working to get it right the first time.
