Reliable platform with amazing support

We have been using FirstPromoter to manage our referral program for over a year, and the platform has met all of our expectations. Reliable and accurate tracking is non-negotiable for complex SaaS subscription models, and FirstPromoter fully delivers in this area.

The integration and setup were smooth, and the support team is genuinely amazing. We've had many technical questions, and their response time and quality of assistance have been the best we've experienced from any vendor. "Great no-frills affiliate platform!"

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

You can see how much love the FirstPromoter team puts into the platform and their customer service. They are always helpful and receiptive to suggestions and ideas, too. The tool itself is easy to use and offers a no-frills and no-nonsense solution for affiliate programs.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

A few features that larger affiliate platforms offer are missing, but I believe there will be a big update soon that will add these and make FP have nothing to envy of the larger platforms out there.

What problems is FirstPromoter solving and how is that benefiting you?

FirstPromoter hosts our affiliate program and lets us and our partners manage all aspects of our affiliate partnerships.

"It does what it says and the support is great."

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

It works with recurring payments, Stripe coupon codes and Stripe payment links are the features needed for our company (B2B SaaS). Also, the onboarding support was great. We switched from idevaffiliate where the user support was nonexistent.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

UI has it's quirks but overall its improving quite nicely. Tested it the first time in 2020 and now in 2023 I tested it again and was impressed by the progress.

What problems is FirstPromoter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our B2B SaaS affiliate program which includes recurring payments and coupon codes etc.

"Awesome platform + stellar support"

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

From the beginning, their customer support has already BLOWN Keap's out of the water!! They've been so helpful the entire way. From early demo questions to integration help to our platform questions once we transitioned from our other affiliate tracking platform, they've been responsive + helpful. I'm not used to having such great support.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

Love Firstpromoter — especially coming from Keap. There are some small data points + feature adjustments that would take this platform to the next level. FP is constantly making updates + releasing new features that have constantly been improving the platform as well as the reporting/analytics.

What problems is FirstPromoter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for an affiliate tracking platform to support a saas company affiliate program. The features + commission structure flexibility has opened up our program to a whole new level of promotion incentives.

"Makes paying out on our customer referral process so much better!"

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

It's just such an impactful tool for us to gain traction on customer referrals. Before this, we manually tracked them and then discounted the referral amount off of their bill. It was not a good system.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

It seems that we can only use Paypal to pay out our clients.

What problems is FirstPromoter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not just payment processing. Its actually helping us track towards a healthier mix up paid vs referred clients.

"The best affiliate manager for Stripe"

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

We've gone through multiple affiliate systems that connect with our Stripe and weren't happy until we found FirstPromoter. They've thought of just about everything.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

Fortunately there hasn't been something we wanted to do with FirstPromoter that we couldn't. Their service has been solid and we've yet to have a poor support experience.

FirstPromoter manages our SaaS company's affiliate program. It tracks signups, attributes them to affiliates and manages payouts of commissions.

What do you like best about FirstPromoter?

Ease of setup, Customizable features. GREAT Customer Service when needed. Our affiliates also like the setup and information available to them from the platform.

What do you dislike about FirstPromoter?

We have no dislikes in this product at this time. Been using it over 6 months and like the features and always have received good support from customer service.

Tracking referrals in a simple turn-key solution after initial setup. It makes paying them easy also.
