Finacle Software built by Infosys is core banking software which I have used while I was working with a big private sector bank. It has simple user interface and makes it easy to understand flow of transactions captured by system for operational priorities . I have worked on other core systems but byfar the most amazing experience I have is with Finacle.

Although Finacle is easy to understand sometimes for few operations you are required to visit lot of screens and enter difficult commands which is difficult to remember ,sometimes you are even required to refer manual.

Finacle captures digital data, Lending data. Auto run interest related commands, trade finance operations,Helps in providing reports used for reconciliation,dummy enteries to tally nostro debit credit. Inbuilt system popups for due diligence.

Easy to reconcile transactions, downloading of reports and user friendly.

Downside of Finacle is technical support.

Technical Suport, though the products benefits more especially in consolidation of reports.

It is very easy to use and user friendly has lot of menu options and options to search on the left side after you logined .It is safe and secure and is easily trusted for many bank applications

Only think I dislike is that it frequently logged out and also should have AI or online chat module for users to help in case they are struck in certain command or transaction

Finacle online banking is fast reliable and most user friendly .It has lot of options or tools which is beneficial to the user in whole transaction or Searching any information.

It is user friendly. The executor can change it easily as per requirement.

There is nothing or little drawback. It requies huge bandwidths.

I have not faced any problem so far.

No need of training. Very easy to understand the functionality. Users can access the application and start using from day 01. Customer experience is amazing and got many postive feedback too

I dont have any dislikes in Finacle online banking however the speed can be increased. Seen sometime the clicks are not very fast. It takes atleast 1 min to navigate to other page. So the improvement can be done over accessablitu and flexablity in finacle online banking

So far customers are satisfied and have a very good feedback with them
