Feedonomics is extremely efficient because it integrates directly with our data sources, making implementation a breeze.

There is a slight learning curve when adopting feedonomics but the customer service team is happy to answer questions

It helps clean and enrich our product data, and continously monitors our feeds for errors.

The best part about Feedonomics is that I can explain exactly what I want the feed to achieve and they go to work to make it happen. This saves me lots of time.

Sometimes the platform can be confusing for me, but at the same time, they are the ones who manage it for me so I don't have to get stuck in the weeds and do any of the work myself.

Feedonomics help solve the issue of product segmentation for our business and easily integrate this into our advertising channels.

How timely they are with requests. They respond almost immediately and it is an expert responding and are so communitive.

The user interface and request form is a little confusing at time.

Google Merchant Center is somewhat complicated and I have difficulty adding sales so feedonomics is most helpful with this.

The platform is very direct, clean formatted, and easy to use whether it's self service or submitting a ticket.

Feedonomics is very straightforward to use and was easy to implement into our workflow. I use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of how I manage and optimize feeds. The platform offers a wide range of features that make exporting and managing data simple, and we recently added more integrations/exports to improve our PIM system. The transition from our PIM integration to FDX was completed quickly and efficiently, which had a noticeable impact on speed and performance. Most of all, their 24/7 customer support team is outstanding—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to walk through issues until they’re resolved.

I don’t really have a dislike, but I do see an opportunity for improvement around ticket management. Since I rely on the platform daily, it would be helpful if ticket statuses provided more detailed visibility—for example, showing if the assigned specialist is actively working on it or currently outside their working hours. Because my schedule doesn’t always overlap with theirs, I sometimes have to wait until the next day for updates. Having that level of insight would make an already excellent support process and integration experience even stronger.

Having all of this in one place, with the support team available 24/7, gives me confidence that any issues will be resolved quickly so I can focus on higher-value tasks. Overall, it saves me time, improves accuracy, and keeps our operations running more efficiently.
