I have been using the flex-mls for the past year during my house-hunt and it is literally the most useful tool ever! It gives you access to all new listings as soon as they hit the market, is constantly updated, and has a trove of great information.

To this day i haven't found any issues with using this specific tool. It supersedes all of the sites like Zillow and Redfin
