FatJoe has helped me with plenty of content writing tasks and even more guest posting help

FatJoe is very easy to use and navigate. They have a built in system for setting up your content orders in a way that is easy to use and can be used for multiple pieces of content at a time. They also allow revisions on your content after you have received it, but only for a certain amount of time.

Sometimes the content isnt exactly what I wanted written, but they do let you get revisions. Everything is also in GBP not USD, so I have to convert when budgeting

We use FatJoe primarily as a content production vendor, so I'll focus on that in this review.

The best part about FatJoe is the ease of use. Their dashboard makes it incredibly easy to manage orders, request revisions, place new orders, and retrieve content. The fact that we can copy and paste orders directly into their order form makes it easy for large orders!

The frustrating part about working with FatJoe is that the quality is variable and it doesn't seem like they worry about it unless you say something. I've had some pieces come back that aren't even close to what we were asking for, but after a single revision request we got it back but much better.

However, we also have editors that run through all content before it goes live as well - I don't trust them enough to blind-publish anything.

The biggest problem we solve with FatJoe is mass content production. If we had to write the first drafts of every piece of content we put onto a new website build, it would take an extra 2 months and quite a bit of cost to our clients.

The idea of SEO on demand is really helpful and it's easy to purchase service options.

The Paypal checkout process is really old-fashioned and customer service was lacking. I was unhappy with the quality of their pro-blogger service, and despite requests for changes or promises that the work would be shifted to an alternative copywriter, this never happened and they did not follow up my enquiries.

Useful for local citations

Local citations building and blogger placements to support search engine optimisation. I wanted to use these guys for SEO-friendly content also, but even their pro-bloggers didn't seem that great, unfortunately.
