The only real drawback is the upfront lift—there’s a learning curve and some time needed to train the AI per vendor before you’re fully up and running, especially if your vendors have inconsistent invoice formats. That said, this is pretty common with any new software, and the Factura.ai team supported me through the entire process, making sure I felt confident every step of the way.

I'd love to see the ability to manage and add vendors and GL codes as the need arises vs. reimporting all records.

We are a small qsr group looking to grow and implement good practices from an accounts payable standpoint. Factura Ai was willing to work with us during this growth phase. There strongest point is quick response and assistance when needed. There's a certain level of initial hand holding needed when you start up and they were there to provide that. I also love the protection given to our banking by use of payment through Factura's system.

There's not much to dislike. It works as stated. I have expressed some suggestions which were well received. I think there is room for improvement from a visual standpoint.

This software is so fast and accurate. When assistance is needed, their customer service experience is unmatched.

The only thing I can think of as a downside is not knowing what to do with all of your spare time.

We process a high volume of invoices and all other software I have tried to date is just not up to the task of processing cleanly and quickly. This would cut processing time from over 24 hours with a multitude of errors to perfectly in minutes without intervention.

There is nothing about the Factura.ai platform that has dissapointed me, thus far.

Factura.ai has streamlined the end-to-end A/P lifecycle and created efficiency for all human interaction for invoice submission, reconciliation and speed of processing.

Easy to train to meet specific invoicing requirements. Factura's ability to read the invoices and accurately code vendors, locations, departments without human intervention is amazing. A huge time saver.

The implementation process was easy, and the support response is impressive. We worked with the Factura team to set up a process for new clients we bring into the firm so that they can be quickly onboarded.

It has cut our manual input time for accounts payable entry by over 50% and streamlined our operations. It also has increased our efficiency and eliminated numerous manual input errors.

Support has been outstanding. If you have na issue with an invoice you can send it Support and they fix it almost immediately.

At this point, they are not any functions of Factura.ai that we dislike.

The ease of using the tool is second to none. Our company is invoice heavy and implementing Factura allowed us to speed up our daily AP process and eliminate the need for an additional person. Our data is accurate, and we have fewer errors in the work. Making corrections, adding vendors and keeping up with invoices is seamless now due to factura. We were able to connect Factura to our accounting software and each day we are able to import the invoices to the software. This is absolutely the best decision we could have made for the company!!!! Working with the Factura team is a breeze. They are timely and efficient to address questions or problems. We are telling all of our accoutning friends about Factura! Factura AI has aided in eliminating errors and managing invoices. We went from a team of three full time emplyees to 1 fulltime and 1 part time person in the AP department. The invoice processing time has been speed up also.
