It is easy to use and very user friendly. I use it pretty much all day everyday.

There is not anything that I really dislike about it.

It helps me find students and which classes they are in with the schedule feature. It also makes it very easy to record and recall attendance.

I love the ease of all the different uses. Gradebook, attendance, behavior notes. I love how it is easily used to see schedules and test scores for students and the report feature enabling you to run reports and see results almost instantaneously.

The system does need updating frequently and will frequently have error codes, but it is usually fixed by support or restarting the program.

I love the organzational skills that it has to offer. Very friendly user and the features to make my job easy on the regular. We can confidently say that all information is in a safe place and a button away when we need it. I love the tech support when I have needed help managing something SIS. They are very knowledge and 100% of the time I have learned more through their help and support. I use the system every day and from looking up a student to sending an email is has been such a time saver for my busy schedule.

I wish there were an AI integration component to FACTS to help with grading, lesson planning, and parent/teacher engagement.
