The helpful staff, and the platform itself so much data at your fingertips and the dashboard graphics that shows the position of your focus debtors. The writeback is amazing! The paynow perfect for SME customers and credit application features!

Pay Now is amazing, you can pay anytime / anywhere and focus on specifics - paying and disputing from the dashboard.

We've been using ezyCollect for a number of year and its automation has made a major difference to our debtor management process. The new features in SimplyPaid have also made a massive difference in streamlining our processes (we now use just ezyCollect & SimplyPaid for all Direct Debit's and customer payment collection where we previously needed multiple).

We also love the investment they are making in new features and upgrading the platform to always improve its functions and features.

One challenge we have is that with our accounting system communication activity isn't shared, so we do sometimes need to check in multiple places to confirm updates on account statues.

Automation, great reminder functions, payment facilities, client invoice portals, increased productivie and debtor insights.

EzyCollect is systematic and methodical, which works perfectly for us. It has allowed me to solely manage to debtors and keep them at a manageable percentage.

I like the ease of viewing debtors by high dollar value, as well as number of days outstanding, so you can target your calls and emails appropriately.

Can't really think of anything. Other than the system being down or not synching, which is rare, and generally fixed pretty quickly.

It is allowing multiple email reminders to go out to debtors on a daily basis, and allows me to view who the letters are going to so that I can manipulate the system as required.

EzyCollect is reliable, efficient and acheives results in the background while you get on with the day to day of running your business rather than chasing late payments.

The dashboard is not as intuitive as it probably should be

The cost of following up late payments and habitually late payers is now effectively $0

We also like the ability where customers can pay online and we are no longer taking credit card details.

We use SimplyPaid with our ERP system, NetSuite. We find SimplyPaid very useful for our customers to be able to pay us easily. We don't use EzyCollect for customer collections.

Can't think of anything at the moment; they are easy to deal with

Most of our customers pay us remotely. We used to have a physical EFTPOS machine, so customers had to call us with their card details when they wanted to pay via credit card. Now, we just send them the SimplyPaid link.

Ezy collect has changed how we do business and collect payments in a positive way. Highly recommend!!
