What do you like best about EZFacility Club Management?

Their customer support is top notch. We have never not been able to get an issue resolved working with their customer service team.

What do you dislike about EZFacility Club Management?

Certain things seem slightly outdated and there are a few key features that would be nice to have.

They seem to take customer feedback seriously to integrate new features.

The support and customer service team. They always call/email back the next day! Except for Sunday’s.

What do you dislike about EZFacility Club Management?

Some of the payment tracking, invoicing options, and taking of cash payments.

Recommendations to others considering EZFacility Club Management:

I’m a fan of the little guy, and this management company was the only one that called me back, followed up, and worked with me!

What problems is EZFacility Club Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The autopay for members, tracking and logging Payments.

The benefits of uploading any and all documents to a members profile.

What do you like best about EZFacility Club Management?

I like the ability that my clients have to use the self service site to renew their memberships.

What do you dislike about EZFacility Club Management?

Some of the invoicing is a little touchy, and sometimes there is no good way to change the billing date for recurring charges without individually changing each invoice.

What problems is EZFacility Club Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clients check in and it gives all the info about their membership. Either 250 members, we wouldn't be able to keep up with renewals, billing issues, and making sure our members are in the right classes
