I find that ezeep can be set up incredibly well and very quickly. The experience is simply amazing, and we can work on all the topics super fast. What really excites me is the incredibly fast support. Even in the Free Plan, we received feedback within 24 hours. All the features we were able to use are incredible, and we are completely in the cloud, which makes setting up printers and adhering to security measures much easier. I particularly like the speed and how intuitive the setup is, as well as the quick availability of printers in the individual systems.

What was a little difficult to recognize was the difference between 'My Printers' and 'Network Printers' in the admin console, but even that is very quick and easy to understand once you've looked at it once or twice.

ezeep made printing much easier for us to manage day to day. We no longer have to maintain a local print server or install drivers on every member device, which is a big relief in a coworking space where people bring all kinds of laptops and phones.

The admin console gives us a good overview of our printers, queues, and user access. It is clear enough that regular changes, like assigning printers or updating access, do not always need deeper IT involvement.

The Nexudus integration is also a major benefit for us. Linking print access to memberships saves a lot of manual work when members join or leave. The ezeep Hub has been stable in our setup and mostly just runs in the background once configured.

After so many failed attempts as organising remote printing for our team with multiple other providers, Ezeep came through with the goods. It has been completely flawless since install was completed.

Overall, I find the entire experience with ezeep satisfying, and these attributes underscore my high recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

Authentication could be simpler. Currently, it's a pair of tokens that must be refreshed and stored. It would be ideal to have a single perpetual token that can be revoked and changed.
