It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Ezee and especially with the representative. We have been using Ezee from the past 7 years and the results that are driven out have been excellent. It is the best of revenues and also helps in keeping a tract on what competition. Ezee also help in ensuring that your website also produces revenues and Online Reputation with the new features like Reputation Management. Product ofcourse is great but the service team is excellent, give them a call and they are there to solve any problems. So just to tell you Ezee is wonderful channel manager & PMS.

Need to look into rate disparity issues, I suggest that EZEE should have some feature installed which will enable us to check rate disparity.

The experience overall is very good. The updated version is quicker and faster. The look of the site is welcoming and easy to use for the clients too.

I love the solution as it is very detailed and very robust. I love the support that Ezee provides. They have a very hands on approach and they help you solve all issues.

Use interface of PMS is probably the only drawback. IT LOOKS COMPLICATED AT FIRST. Though they are updating it regularly.

I am able to manage inventory of my backpacker hostel chain using Ezee reservation.
