This product offers more than you can imagine and the interfaces with calling patients, texting reminders, credit card ease and accuracy far surpasses the others on the market. It offers the latest and greatest with all Health records electronic and they even have the touch screen to make the doctors life simpler. The best of all is the support team. At your service to log in and handle any issues if they arise.
I have no dislikes but I would love to see Case files where a patient has one account number with several account types inside and we would not have to make a new chart for Cash or Insurance specialty etc. but it truly is a great product and I know after 30 years using it they will eventually fill that bill.
I would say to all the other offices out there that the dollar value of this product surpasses them all on the market and the Ease of Use is outstanding and should bes implemented in its entirety, Using all the modules for greater ease. Very Cost effective.
less staff required , less overhead. In house billing and collections so fast its ridiculous. With Auto deposits and Auto posting it is a simple balance and checking numbers to agree and just simply POST. Amazing

Creation of exams is a bit cumbersome in the time it takes initially to set up.

It is an easy program to learn and to work with. I always learn something new that the program can do.
When calling and wanting to talk with one of the Tech guys, I have to go through at least 2 people before they will let me talk to the Tech dept.
The benefits are that I can do everything from the program. Post the charges for the patient, submit all to our clearring house and able to post payments. The EHR portion is easy to use also.
Whenever I have questions about the software they are very helpful and go above and beyond to solve any issues that I might have.
I have nothing to dislike about this company

Ask about all the features Ez Bis has. We now have 1 company we deal with for credit card processing to Insurance claims. Makes things so much faster because it is all in one program!!!
Our office runs more efficiently because EZbis has everything we need built in to it.
Easy of use. No continual fees, unless you want to buy monthly support. Annual updates are available, esp with all the recent diagnosis updates.
Statements generated are terrible. I have not updated to EzBis 11 version yet. Cannot, for the life of me, get them to tell me if they are updated or not. For example: one statement cannot show: diagnosis, cpts, ins paid amts, and patient balances. Ive even had to have them write me a letter, for legal purposes, stating their software cannot generate the statements needed. Not good when you are trying to send out a bill to patients or to ins companies or lawyers.

The price is very reasonable. It is fairly easy to learn and navigate. It works for me in my small, low volume office. They seem to be very responsive to ideas from DCs in the field. The IT support is very friendly.
It is cumbersome to get from page to page. I wish I could see old notes without having to open that day. I guess I am old enough to have used paper notes and liked being able to flip back and forth. Sometimes it is slow going tab to tab. The IT department is get, I just wish I didn't have to call them so often.
It is helpful for tracking visits. It is very handy for birthday cards, as lists can be generated and labels made. I can track my income and reimbursements very easily.
I got the base program as I am a cash practice. It was not expensive at the time & it does everything I need.
Statements are not customizable as there are things I would like to change. You cannot link family members, I have not had all my issues resolved & have been told there were not enough complaints about certain important issues to make a change so no change was made.
It allows me to record & bill services.

The only downside is that it's really only designed for chiropractic. It's hard to integrate other speciaties, but it is doable
