EZ Texting is easy and a great way to communicate with our customers. And if I ever have any questions or issues, their customer service and support is outstanding!

I wish I could schedule future texts to go out on a certain day and time.

It's helping us communicate our daily specials, events and more. We are able to stay closer to the customer and answer many of their questions before the day starts.

Excellent Tool That Streamlines Communication

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

They have a very easy to use dashboard. Even if you're new to SMS it's pretty simple to click through and figure out how to do what. Very easy to segment groups, add notes about the groups so it's easy to identify segments across teams.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

There are a couple of features I wish were improved upon. For example, the inbox deletes any messages once a contact is opted out. I would like to keep those there (for future reference) but not be able to message those contacts anymore. We have to keep a separate spreadsheet to track these responses from members who have opted out so we can add it to their file.

Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting?

What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

The other item, sometimes the system can be slow to send (I assume on high-volume days) but some messages are intended to send at an exact time, so getting those out ~9 mins later, isn't a deal breaker, but not ideal.

The setup was easy and the learning curve was not steep. The only challenge I found was that some of my users with US Cellular had trouble with "longer" messages breaking up and links not being transmitted correctly. That isn't EZ Texting's fault.

I can do bulk messages and that AI can help compose the message more professionally

Nothing to complain about—I love it. It's become an essential part of the system, and I really appreciate its new functions.

I have been able to contact multiple clients at the same time regarding their premium and binder payments.
