Compared to our old work order system, eWorkOrders was easy to understand and without a lot of steps.
I don't have any dislikes with eWorkOrders.
We use eWorkOrders to track workers performance and spending.
eWorkOrders is extremely easy to use! Very user friendly and has everything you need in a great CMMS software! Also they have amazing customer service! Anytime I need something, they come through!
I cannot come up with any dislikes about eWorkOrders software. Everything about it is great.
eWorkOrders provides consistent preventative maintenance scheduling and asset work order history for equipment. This has increased longevity of equipment and organization of work history.

1. The inability of fields to auto populate based on an associated fields info
2. Creating a work order based on a failed PM is cumbersome at best

1. The ease of use has encouraged employees to buy into the system. Work requests are up by 50% from staff over our previous system.
2. The ability to put pictures into the work requests has reduced the amount of instruction needed in requests.
3. Spot Buy feature allows us to separate our one-off purchases and keep our purchase orders tied directly to the inventory
4. The ability to see all assets associated with floors allows us to quickly track assets
The application is very user-friendly and the PM automated workflow is super effective.
At present, I have yet to find any gaps or any missing functionality within the application.
This application meets three very important factors for me. Firstly, is the ease of use for the end-user. Secondly, business functionality/capability. Thirdly, is the cost.
The application has solved our manual PM process and well as given us the ability to easily perform audits and seamless reporting.
The user-friendly interface and adaptability. Best customer service in the industry.
The inability to attach pictures, invoices, etc. to work orders, and the inability to lock the notes so people can only add a new note and not change what already there.
We consistently provide our contractors and customers best in class communication and service. We have been praised for our ability to take complicated issues and eliminate unnecessary steps to define our objectives. We keep track of every job and run all reports we need with a few clicks.
It make it easy for employees to reach us to request maintenance and is great for our needs for managing assets, PMs and our stockroom inventory.
Originally the only limitation to eWorkOrders was that it isn't a validated system but I've learned that is now an option.
We have been able to utilize the metrics, KPIs and reports to stay aligned with our budget requirements and service level agreements.
Easy to navigate thanks to Gerry at the help desk. I reviewed the videos and he was totally supportive of any questions, suggestions I had for the program.
Nothing, thought the program is great, easy to download / run reports.
No problems needed resolving.
I like that it is pretty straightforward and provides me with the information I need to help manage inventory for several stockrooms and multiple areas.
I think that some of the report templates could be tweaked better but overall they are OK.
Managing and transacting spare parts inventory in eWorkOrders has helped us keep the movable bridges running. We also know what all the assets on the bridges are plus their component parts.
The team at eWorkOrders is like family. So often in the IT professional when technical or sales support is needed, there are requirements to submit the issue through a portal, and hopefully, in a few days, you get actual results. With eWorkOrders it is often just a phone call or email away with proactive solutions.
There is a learning curve getting accustomed to the web interface; it could be more intuitive.
Dispatching maintenance technicians to respond to anything from a burned-out lightbulb to a significant production machine malfunction.

The ability to keep track of multiple essential functions (purchasing / inventory / workorder assignment / maintenance records / reporting / asset information / preventative maintenance compliance) in one place. The product support and service are second to none. Very responsive to the customer's needs.
Purchase orders and accounting records could be slightly improved.
Supply Chain - Using EworkOrders, we now have quick historical access to our past purchases to keep the flow of parts and supplies stocked up.
Purchase Orders - The ability to reconcile orders made with received items providing the accounting department with accurate records that aid in the processing of payments to vendors.
Inventory - Using EworkOrders, we have real-time knowledge of our stocking inventory and receive alerts when we fall below critical stocking levels. We also utilize bin locations for quick access to inventory organizing our stock rooms.
Work Order Assignment - Using EworkOrders, we assign work orders to specific technicians and see (in real-time) the work performed. Also, creating a permanent record of the work performed for compliance requirements.
Preventative Maintenance - Scheduling and tracking preventative maintenance on our many different types of assets to keep our equipment in safe operational condition.
Reporting - We create scheduled reports for our KPI that helps to direct work taking place now as well as future planning.
