What do you like best about EventMobi?While the event software and service were great, the excellent customer service and support provided by the EventMobi team made the running of our event and use of their services very easy.What do you dislike about EventMobi?The services do have some higher costs, however I think that that these are justified and the services provided by EventMobi are worth it.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?EventMobi really helped us stay organised with our event attendees. It made it easy to keep track of everyone, add or remove attendees when needed, and review event statistics after the event.

What do you like best about EventMobi?I like EventMobi's very clean user experience. The app is quite intuitive for users and guests. I also appreciate the ability to customize and protect certain people's data, which is important. It's an affordable way to have delegates network directly. Setting it up was very easy, and the team walked us right through it, especially Ian Webb.What do you dislike about EventMobi?I find the back end a bit clunky.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?I use EventMobi for organizing delegate meetings and updating programs. It's a smooth experience for networking, with a clean and intuitive user interface that protects data. It's also an affordable way to network directly.

What do you like best about EventMobi?I use EventMobi as an app for conferences because of its easy implementation and use, which adds to the ease of our attendees. I appreciate its friendly interface and the real-time updates feature. The platform doesn't require much training, and it looks good to our attendees, making the overall experience pleasant and efficient.What do you dislike about EventMobi?Some default settings in EventMobi could be more customizable, and I would like more options for sorting data.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?EventMobi is easy to implement, simple for attendees to use, and requires little training. It offers a friendly interface with real-time updates, making it visually appealing for our attendees.

What do you like best about EventMobi?Event Mobi's customer service was fantastic through from initial call through to equipment collection at the end and their services were very effective and easy to use.What do you dislike about EventMobi?Nothing I can think of, the only slight frustration was receiving initial quite in dollars than than GBP but it was all resolved very quicklyWhat problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?It helped us massively with our events, in terms of registering guests at the event and then gathering information whilst guests were at the event and also analysis post-event

What do you like best about EventMobi?I like that it can be built in-house, with functions and design options that are easy to understand. The features-to-cost balance is also very strong.What do you dislike about EventMobi?The inability to automatically remove a cancelled delegate registration from the app, once they have modified their registration in the registration app, should be looked into.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows delegates to browse the delegate list and connect with other delegates without needing our involvement.

What do you like best about EventMobi?I like how EventMobi is extremely user-friendly. It allows us to efficiently disperse information to all delegates at the same time or preschedule notifications. The app is easy to navigate for end users and straightforward on the back end with drag and drop elements, thanks to the preset templates. It helps keep all the information in one place and makes it easy to communicate quickly with delegates. I also appreciate the ability to monitor who has logged on and review engagement stats easily. Ian Webb, the account manager, was very helpful, providing clear explanations and realistic timelines.What do you dislike about EventMobi?I think EventMobi in general is great, but what could be improved is adding more elements for delegates to have one-to-one meetings. If there was an option for only some people to do that and have a chat box in between, it would be good if that feature is not already included.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?EventMobi streamlines information sharing with its user-friendly interface, allowing us to communicate with delegates promptly. It centralizes all our event info, helps monitor engagement stats, and facilitates easy navigation for users, enabling efficient event management even on tight deadlines.

What do you like best about EventMobi?The ease of use and how it helps out attendees on site.What do you dislike about EventMobi?The backend UI feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive to use. Also, some of the integrations with other partners don’t seem like they’re being maintained for the long term.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?They are listening to our feedback on features and implementing them.

What do you like best about EventMobi?I like the integration of registration with EventMobi, especially with Salesforce CRM. The registration that goes through the website seamlessly flows into Salesforce CRM, and this integration is set up with EventMobi making the process much easier. It automatically uploads everyone who's registered in the CRM into EventMobi as registered for our hybrid virtual events. Additionally, the initial setup of EventMobi seemed to be pretty seamless, as our IT team worked effectively with their IT team.What do you dislike about EventMobi?Some of the design features for virtual events could be expanded. There should be more native integrations, or native aspects where you don't need an integration or API integration. There should be an automatic way to connect to WordPress or various Salesforce CRMs without needing an integration.What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?I use EventMobi for centralizing event registration, making planning easier for hybrid and virtual events.
