The registration tool was very easy to use and the Account support was fabulous. The product looks very professional and the backend reporting vital to the success of our program.

What I like the most about EventMobi is that it's straightforward! It's an intuitive and eye catchy platform. Once you have created your event, it's easy to navigate for the organizer and participants. Everything is in the same place, which makes the planning easier.
The only downside for me to using EventMobi it doesn't synchronize with our database, so it doubles the work for me. When I create an event in our database, I need to re-create the same event in EventMobi. Honestly, it's not a downside of EventMobi, but more a downside to our database!
EventMobi is easy to use. Every time I need to make an update, it can be done within a minute. It allows me to be more productive and makes our conferences look good and professional. It keeps all the information in the same place, and the "pop-up announcement" feature is handy for sending information to participants during the conference.
The customer service is second to none. I had a few custom changes that needed to be made and the EventMobi support team took the time to understand the changes needed and had them completed within a few minutes.
Some of the advanced settings that allow greater customisation are difficult to figure out, but I guess that's why they are advanced settings.
The EventMobi platform allows us to easily have an App for our events. With the integrated via API calls, we are able to ensure our event information, speakers and attendees list remain fully up to date.
The design and setup of the platform and on-the-fly changes made it effortless to ensure an excellent workshop experience for our attendees. When I did need some help, the support person (Adam K) for my event was right there to help me out.
Time lags in live, embedded videos would have been problematic, so we could not use the platform itself for the presentations but instead had to go through Zoom. It was more or less seamless, so it's not a complaint, just an observation.
Connecting and engaging with our Northern (North of 60) coworkers is extremely important, so being able to meet and communicate during the pandemic effectively was extremely valuable and solved one of the biggest problems we've had due to travel restrictions. We have maintained these relationships and that has benefits for everyone involved in our organization.
The staff and support for the EventMobi platform were fantastic to work with. The platform itself is very easy to use and intuitive to use. EventMobi offers many options for training, and their staff is always there to help you every step of the way. The platform itself is easy to navigate and populate. It brings in great elements that allow you to communicate with attendees on a whole new level. Their EventMobi Studio allowed us to pivot to a 6-day virtual conference format easily, even though we only had five weeks to set everything up and launch. They offer so many different solutions and integrations at a great rate that it made selecting them as our provider an easy decision.
While the platform itself is excellent, although a few sections can be tedious to edit and enter information. The system isn't challenging to use; it just gets a bit monotonous entering the data, especially when there is a lot of it that needs to be entered. We brought these pain points to our rep's attention, and they mentioned that they were already working on solutions to fix these issues.
By using EventMobi, we have found a great solution to allow us to communicate with attendees while on-site at an event while also creating a new experience that will allow potential attendees to view the event virtually if they cannot attend the event in-person. EventMobi has opened up an entirely new way to host events for us as we deal with post-pandemic implications as well as expand our reach to people inside our event industries that are unable to or unwilling to attend an in-person event.
The Team is very responsive, the platform is very easy to use for the most part, on the front end and the backend. They were able to match our design and conference branding too.
I wish the videos we record with their production team could be more easily streamlined to play within the platform without loading separately to Vimeo then sending the link back to EM, but that is a very small factor.

It is very easy for event attendees to navigate. It looks very professional and is also very easy to use from the backend.
I don't think we had any downsides - the only thing I can suggest would be to be able to edit announcements once they are set up for participants.
We needed an app to make communication with participants easier and so that participants would not need to go to the event committee with their queries - having the app solved this problem.
