Recently moved from Eventbrite after 9 years due to Eventbrite not having a good customer support option and only having a Bot to answer questions. As Event Bookings was a new site to me and I'm not very Tech savvy their customer service team were easy to contact and even telephoned me giving a step by step tutorial. Monzurul gave fantastic service and as a result I've now got more confidence and also tools to manage events

I've used this platform twice till now to organize events for over 100 attendees, and I must say, it's absolutely worth every penny. During my second event, I encountered a few setup issues the night before our tickets were scheduled to go on sale. However, the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, providing guidance and assistance that exceeded my expectations. They were able to sort out my query straight away.

I will definitely be using the platform again!

After using different event creating platforms I finally got to know about the Event Bookings. I was looking for an easier and cheaper system for my club event and I thought to try out a new one. I must say the Event Bookings did not disappoint me at all. It was a smooth experience creating a new event with this system. The overall process was fairly easy and quick. The most exciting thing was the seat arrangement functionality. In other platforms, I had to pay to get this option. Here, they gave access to choose the seating arrangement for free. I was a bit surprised by this. Eventually, I created an event page without any cost. No other platform will give you such an additional feature for free. I usually arrange small events every 3 or 4 months for our local club programs. I will definitely use their platform for my future events and obviously recommend this to others.

EventBookings is the budget option, but you are sacrificing a lot. The way their system is designed, relies on the human touch - not much automation, also their backend system is pretty inefficient. For example in my recent experience, I paid EventBookings an invoice weeks ago and I am still getting emails saying it’s overdue, lol. Had to refund an event that failed recently and someone at EventBookings had to manually process every refund and it took over a week. Imagine being one of those ticket buyers. So use EventBrite for the serious events and if you absolutely need the best and most reliable customer service i’d say.

Website blocked Singapore IP addresses for an event held IN Singapore... This is ridiculous, an event is held IN Singapore for a reason yet people FROM Singapore are unable to access the booking page??? DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WEBSITE AT ALL! They take forever to fix the issue as well, it's like they don't care at all!

I will never be using this platform again. It looks good in theory, but soooo many challenges in using the platform that I had to swap the ticketing platform mid-campaign because it was going to be embarrassing. I was giving away complimentary tickets that I wanted to still register through the system. It was trying to charge $0.30c processing fee! When I tried to figure out how to turn it off, apparently that is a PAID premium subscription feature. I did contact support to check if that was in fact the case and they allowed me to have the feature, but by then I already changed to a different system. Also, adding discount codes is way more difficult than it needs to be.
Also, the system caused me to miss a purchase and embarrassed me in front of a client, because receiving confirmation emails with sales is not a default setting and if you are asking for donations as the ticket price, it does not register as a sale so when I check if any tickets sold, it said $0, and I would have had to click through to see that there was an actual sale, which was not obvious since it said $0 in sales, and I missed the booking.
And lastly, my last event I processed with them was 2 months ago and I have not been paid out, and their verification process is more complex than applying for a bank account with document upon documents including your BANK STATEMENT, and if you edit the statement to remove personal transactions details they do not accept it!! Also they wanted an agreement manually signed. No other ticketing system has forced me to provide proof of address beyond a licence or a full copy of a bank statement before. I have spent hours upon hours gathering and submitting documentation, which was rejected because I edited it to hide sensitive information, all to get a payment of $80.
Plenty of other options available for ticket sales, don't bother.

We signed up to use the service, had people sign up using Event Bookings ran our workshop and they are refusing to pay. Disgusting service! I called there help line and it actually says I will TRY connect you then goes to voice mail.
DO not use they are thieves.
