What do you like best about EVA.ai?
Shortening the list of applicants where we have lots of candidates applied.
What do you dislike about EVA.ai?
Sometimes, some applicants are missed when migrated, but it is rare.
What problems is EVA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have lots of applicants applied and you are in rush to complete the longlist, it helps minimizing the list of longlisted applicants based on the VA requirement. Experience with EVA.

Bringing HR into 2023 and beyond
What do you like best about EVA.ai?
I like the efficiency in which they allow me to work. They have introduced me and my organization to the HR tools of the future, and I'm happy to be involved in the process. Also, the EVA team is responsive, kind, good to work with, and open to all ideas.
What do you dislike about EVA.ai?
The only downside to the technology is that it can be difficult for people to grasp, which in turn takes explaining and guiding. The Eva team is very helpful in this regard, though.
What problems is EVA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
EVA is allowing us to quickly and efficiency select the best candidates for numerous roles, increasing productivity and allowing people to work on other options.

Excellent and greatly rewarding intteligent service provision by EVA platforms
What do you like best about EVA.ai?
My experience with utilization of the Intelligent Virtual Assistant and Recruitment Platforms, has been excellent and greatly rewarding as the outcomes / reports of tasks processed have returned 100% efficiency. These have been with the pre-shortlisting of candidates.
What do you dislike about EVA.ai?
The user friendliness needs to be improved upon. I have difficutlies reducing window pages.

EVA: very sympathetic and easy going tool
What do you like best about EVA.ai?
It enables me to have fresh news, my updated profile and raise requests/issues. Also, Eva allows me to get some services by myself and transmit my requests to dedicated people if it can't respond to my request
What do you dislike about EVA.ai?
Since my admission as Roster Consultant, I've never been contacted to perform a job. Then, I expected Eva to notify me whenever my expertise was requested. But it looks like the only option available is the list of Consultant positions that are open.
What problems is EVA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
EVA is solving the problem of issues' solving. Before we did not know how to find solutions to issues we were facing. But now EVA will help us finding solutions to challenges faced and will serve as interface between consultants and UNDP's staff.
