I have not seen anything as dislike.

Most of them are relevant and applicable.

With ETQ Reliance, We manage our entire Quality Management process more productive and efficient.

ETQ provides excellent support and really cares for the success of the deployment. The core software has years of maturity and understands the importance of Quality.

The latest version loses some customizations that were needed for user satisfaction. In addition, there were some bugs that were identified that seemed important that did not have a resolution date.

We are currently using ETQ Reliance to ensure we manufacture the best quality products for our customers. Having a centralized Quality Management System allows us to be confident and stand behind our product.

I think that it has an easy method of providing the required information needed for the average user to navigate. This in turn allows for the workflow of a document to run smoothly without a ton of training required for use.

On the backend, as a developer, some options and freedoms are locked down. But we are currently on the 2017 version of Reliance and some of these opinions might change with our coming upgrade.

Consolating miles and miles of paperwork into a digital format allows for a system to manage them. This also allows us to better manage our document control of these files.

In over 8 years, I can say that I've never been more pleased with ETQ. The new UX (v23 and NXG) is clean and efficiant. Staff is easy and enjoyable to work with and when issues come up, the service desk has been helpful. Also, I have to give props to my Customer Success Manager...when issues can't be resolved, she gives them a little push and we eventually get the resolution.

Sometimes when new releases are made, some attributes get dropped and that can be hard to recover from. More transparency around the reason for dropping would help ease the pain.

We use many of the out of the box modules/applications...all are beneficial to the company. In 2024, we plan to pull in Safety and start pulling in EH&S module usage.

Flexibility is the best feature for AMD. Great products allow for continuous improvement and growth or change to business processes. Reliance does just that!

The ability to add serial approvals during workflows or within forms.

ETQ Reliance is a fantastic product! I always appreciate how ETQ partners with each customer to implement business process and allow input into how the tool continues to mature.

ISO compliance and Global Operations adoption of business processes.

We have realized the ISO compliance portions and continue to add more as we grow our scope within the company. We are looking to add Global Operation activities within as they touch parts of ISO or Quality.

ETQ Reliance has proven to be simple to use, easy to implement and has even won over the most change resistant people within the business.

The number of modules and features means that it is delivering everything that was required and more! Replacing a highly compliant paper based system was a risk but ETQ Reliance has proven to be the right option - we have teams all over the globe now working with the system and even coming up with suggestions on how else it may improve their roles etc.

Through the implementation the level of customer support received from the EQT team was superb.

Very little in terms of downsides or dislikes - there have been challenges and times when support has been required. On the whole this has all been dealt with easily and in good time but on occassions, support calls had to be escalated to critical to get a resolution.

The one other downside is that the integration from ETQ Reliance to our ERP system has not been as simple as expected but for now there is no negative impact on the business from this.

Having a true global platform to support 3 sites in UK, 1 in Germany, 1 in US and 1 in Malaysia.

Processes are being simplified and streamlined, as we implement across all of the sites we are increasing the level of data we have to assess our QMS but also allow us to make more frequent data supported decisions.

The cloud based software means it is easily accessible for all associates and the ease of use is being appreciated right across the business.

EtQ system is modular based that allows wide range of configuration to meet the business requirments.

Out-of-the-box modules cover all quality processes. Platform modules are highly configurable to meet business and regulatory requirements.

The upgrade process requires expertise. However, the upgrade and support teams are doing their best to make it as smooth as possible.

Provide interface to a wide range of quality processes

The abililty to configure any module or create new modules to address specific business needs. Helps to target exactly what the end users are looking for. overall the configuration.

The database architecture is hyper normalized and difficult to work with at the analytical layer. Would be nice to take a look at the approach for less normalization of the data.

EtQ Solves a host of problems particular around post market, compliance and CAPA process for our organization. The ability to configure directly from the end users requirements is the biggest strength for the platform.

It was easy to implement. We have been using application for number of years. They have some outstanding technical support teams.

It can feel a bit disjointed at times on teh worklfows but since it's quite configurable it can be modifued to fit your needs.
