An automated must-have tool for Risk & Compliance managers to obtain a clear view of their risks universe and mitigating controls (whether existing or proposed).

I found the Essential ERM interface intuitive and user friendly to navigate through. Risks were easy to set up and link with others, creating a principal risk, sub-risks, and a risk scenario hierarchy. There was no need to build complex procedures and coding.

Easy of Use, excellent Customer support and easy of implementation. User friendly interface.

It would be fine to have data import tool to import existing risk registers. Also possibilities to redesign or build another dashboards.

Management of risk system. The risk database is centralized and easy accessible to various departments. ERM system fosters and enhances a unified risk management culture within the company.

We have been using the Essential ERM program for about a year now, and I can confidently say it’s a really good tool for risk management. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for both beginners and seasoned professionals to navigate, while the wide range of functionalities makes it a powerful asset in managing risks.

One of the standout features is its ability to create strong connections between various risk-related objects such as risks, causes, consequences, mitigation strategies, actions, key risk indicators (KRIs), subrisks, and more. This interconnected approach provides a comprehensive view of risk management, which is essential for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Essential ERM is easy to use, can be scaled quickly. This tool will improve business buy in to your Risk program. The team at Essential ERM are very helpful, open to suggestions regarding improvements and constantly adding to the functionality of the tool.

For a not-for-profit entity, the price point is a little intimidating.

Essential ERM is assisting us in several ways. We have a moderate level of experience in formally establishing risk management oversight and planning and integrating it into our decision-making and operational planning. Although we have been doing it instinctively, mapping it out has allowed us to recognize the great things we are doing, but also assisted us in recognizing gaps that we have.

Essential ERM is an excellent tool that enables us to engage our business unit leaders effectively, seamlessly aligning our enterprise risks with our strategic objectives. It is an easy-to-use, easy-setup, and flexible system with excellent customer service. The visualization capabilities and clear, comprehensive dashboards make monitoring and managing risks straightforward.

It is just my personal preference for the future, but possible integration with Power BI to automate reporting would be a valuable enhancement. However, the system does provide comprehensive data analysis itself.

Firstly, the product provides great customer service and a comprehensive knowledge base. This was crucial for us because, during the setup stage, especially since it was the first time for our organization, we lacked experience using the platform. The company offers various training sessions, guidance, personal support, and excellent in-system support for any questions. Additionally, the program is easy to use; we easily engaged our leaders and used the voting option online during our meetings. The product is well-designed to bring all the pieces together and monitor the progress of risk mitigation.

Easy to follow, easy to set up and intuitive work flow. The results show exactly what we want to know about current risks. Increadible support available anytime we have a question or need a refresher.

Sometimes the system has bugs and slow loading but it's very quickly addressed and issues fixed.
