What do you like best about ESO EHR?

Ease of use, tech support, very responsive and customer orientated.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

Nothing at all. Been a satisfied customer since 2010.

ESO EHR the best I've seen in 43 years for patient reporting/electronic healthcare records for EMS

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

Easy to learn, easy to use, clear and concise reports produced from data entry. Constant improvement by corporate. The ability to extract data improves day by day and it's usable!!!!! HDE is the bomb!

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

Nothing right now. As an admin, the learning curve is much steeper and I am unaware of many of the capabilities in ESO EHR and Fire. I need about a month-long academy to do nothing but ESO.

Recommendations to others considering ESO EHR?

Talk to a user - - they'll be your best marketing tool.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Analytics and Ad Hoc. The knowledge classes were great at Wave 2020 but the labs were full and unavailable.

We have been able to Easy to Use First Responder Software

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

It's easy to use and navigate. The validations show you exactly what is required or missing and it makes the QA/QC process so easy.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

It's not highly customizable, so if you are trying to track specific elements you need to hope they are included in updates from ESO.

Recommendations to others considering ESO EHR?

Super easy to implement and roll--out. The support is little hit-or-miss though.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a lot more consistency in the completion of our Records.

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

The quick and easy features that allow the crews to rapidly complete the PCR.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

Currently there is a conflict with the street names having added letters at the end. However, the support team is being great with getting the item fixed

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data, data, data. I love the easy ability to grab what we want when we need it in a clean report.

Best EHR out there

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

Very user friendly; mobile entry allows crews to complete report real time and report essentially done upon arrival to hospital. Reporting and QM modules are robust and easy to use.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

Would like some QM optimization to autopopulate review list from EHR procedures or impressions.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robust reporting and QM modules are very easy to track trends and crew performance.

Best PCR ever

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

Easy and concise to work through completing a PCR.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

There are no real negatives to this option for completing patient encounter documentation.

This provides us a way to document our encounter with a patient in a way that is clear and concise.

A straight forward and to the point charting program.

This is a easy to use system that you can work on off line.

I don’t like the fact that can’t get the off line option for personal devices.

It’s a program that can get all charting done and all information can be sent to all parties that need it easily.

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

The flow of the program is very good. There are multiple fields that you can add or take away.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

There are not enough options for EMD complaint, Primary Impression and S/S. These need to be expanded.

Recommendations to others considering ESO EHR?

Keep an open mind when using this. There are so many options that it can be overwhelming, but it is worth it in the long run.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The billing/QM is quite good. It has been easy to bill out as a group instead of having to bill them out individually.

It is a very simple program to use- very self explanatory

I dislike that it logs out very quickly. I wish it would stay logged in until a report is closed

ESO review

What do you like best about ESO EHR?

ESO is extremely user friendly. It is very easy to use and understand. Once you get used to it, patient information can be entered in extremely quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about ESO EHR?

The system tends to log out very quickly. There isn’t a way to opt that it won’t log out until the call being run is completed and locked.

What problems is ESO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use ESO as an EMT for a medical transport company. It is a great way for chatting and logging patient information.
