"Helped tremendously with my event"
What do you like best about eShow?

Eshow helped save me time and money for my last planned event. Event coordinating can not only be very time consuming but extremely chaotic! This software helps plan and store everything so you don’t have to! It truly takes all the hassle and troubles away. Thank you eshow for creating such a fantastic software!

What do you dislike about eShow?

There is nothing negative I can say regarding this software. Every detail was planned out with a regular consumer such as myself in mind and their customer service is outstanding!

Recommendations to others considering eShow:

None this software is amazing!

What problems is eShow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Taking the guess work and research out of my hands and bringing everything to the table!

"Excellent Lead Retrieval Product and Service from Brandee"
What do you like best about eShow?

Product made LR extremely easy and Brandee went the extra mile to ensure that my device was charged and kept safe overnight plus email me leads at the end of each day.

What do you dislike about eShow?

I have no complaints about the product or the service.

Definitely the best LR solution available that I am aware of at this time.

"Excellent Event Registration and Management Platform"
What do you like best about eShow?

It was very easy to configure the platform to work for the Electronic Retailing Association's events. We did not have to rely on eShow to manage everything for us - which gave us tremendous flexibility. This is a huge plus! Reporting was also very straightforward and easy and we integrated the platform with our marketing automation platform (Hubspot). The team at eShow was ALWAYS responsive and easy to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

What do you dislike about eShow?

There isn't much to dislike. Raju and the team were always helpful and responsive to our needs.

What problems is eShow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from a homegrown system to a professionally developed event registration system. We moved from long lines onsite at our annual convention to people getting their badges in UNDER ONE MINUTE. I was amazed especially since our convention was 4,000 people.

What do you like best about eShow?

Events aren't easy. They're hectic, often disorganized, and stressful, but they're also proven to be some of the best connectors we can ask for. eShow is the simple, easy-to-use solution for all those worries, and then some. I think the peace of mind that eShow affords is a hallmark to its success.

What do you dislike about eShow?

eShow is easy to use, but that doesn't mean new users instantly pick up on the intricacies of the software. This initial learning phase isn't a bad thing, though, just because of the headache it saves down the road.

Use this if you're serious about taking your events to the next level.

What problems is eShow solving and how is that benefiting you?

eShow provides easy-to-follow event management services for my business, a la a virtual assistant that knows what needs to be done and by when. It handles the little things so I can handle the large-scale actionables without worry.

"Easy to use platform for Non-Profits"
What do you like best about eShow?

How simple it is to edit your event details and description. I love changing out the headers and footers to match the event marketing.

What do you dislike about eShow?

The inability to change some of the text colors for the event description and title.

Definitely utilize if you are looking for quality service and an easy system to use and make your own.

We are using eShow to allow participants to register for events, submit program proposals, and review those proposals. We also use it to schedule educational sessions during our large Annual Convention.

The best part about the service is the simplicity and the people of eShow making the experience more personal and easier to use.

What do you like best about eShow?

We used this for our major large conference. The communication for setting up the site, management, and help sources were great. I highly recommend this program for anyone registering numbers in the thousands.

What do you dislike about eShow?

I would not say dislike but making sure like any database that correct procedures and boxes are checked is very important to maintain correct information.

Everything from beginning to end was great when using this product. The features and reports were easily made accessible and also to set up.

Full registration of thousands of people and it worked perfectly for our needs.

"Show management for an annual international conference."
What do you like best about eShow?

eShow's staff is VERY quick to respond to any inquiries, even if they're out of the office at other events. They always provide the answer to my questions, fix the issue and explain how I can fix the issue myself in the future. It's also quite easy to assign, release, move and cancel exhibitors and booth locations. A definite plus!

What do you dislike about eShow?

The program can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time user because of all of the functions it's capable of. When syncing with payment processing, the site also makes it a bit difficult to determine whether payments have been submitted to your financial institution or whether there was simply a payment logged in the software. This very easily could have also been user error!

What problems is eShow solving and how is that benefiting you?

The data collection (credit cards, directory information, booth assignment, etc.) is so valuable and such a time-saver. Credit card information is secure and redacted even on the back end of the site, taking any security concerns totally off of the organizing company.

"Good tool for attendee registration."
What do you like best about eShow?

I am not so much impressed with this tool. But we don't need to prepare our own website for our small events for user registration which is actually nice and time saving.

What do you dislike about eShow?

Very less templates for user registration. Also custom graphics integration is not so good. Some time user has to compromise in few graphics format.

Recommendations to others considering eShow:

For small events its not affordable to create separate web site for only getting attendee registration. So for those type of events i recommend this tool because it saves time and money both.

What problems is eShow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried this tool in one of the our event for getting attendee registration.

What do you like best about eShow?

Good for fresh graduate. Possible pros for some people: from parking lot to your desk is less than 150 steps.

What do you dislike about eShow?

Poor management decisions, Process is little disorganized, Employees are not getting recognized, Tech is out dated, No tool for internal customers,...
