I like the dashboard where I can see each device in real-time status and also who is actively online at the given moment. I can monitor those who are falling behind in updates and more.

I wish they had an easy and intuitive way to remote into the users device to assist with issues.

Alerting me to those who are not in compliance and when a user(s) are not utilizing their company-issued devices. There is no excuse for anyone not to be using their devices, and I can pinpoint exactly when and how long they have been in use.
