I have been using eReleases since 2014—not consistently, but whenever the need arises—and one thing I can always rely on is their excellent customer service. In an era dominated by AI chat bots, I truly appreciate being able to connect with a real person, whether through chat or over the phone. This personal touch, combined with how easy the website is to use, keeps me coming back. While I wish the pricing were more affordable, as most business owners do, especially since it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get your name out there with PR, eReleases remains an effective way to do it.

I honestly have no complaints other than the pricing. However, you do get to speak with a real person whenever you have a question, and if paying a bit more means I can talk to an actual person instead of a bot, I’m fine with that!

This platform has been helpful in spreading the word about new innovations or the directions we are taking. It makes it easier for me to share updates and keep others informed about our latest developments.
