i like the interface of Epos which makes it easy to navigate. I also like how it gives me a report of the information i want to get from it. it is a very reliable retail tool

this tool is too straightforward to dislike

We use this tool to run our day-to-day retail activities ranging from the point of sales, inventory, and analytics.

Epos Now is a brilliant Software, very much recommended

PROS: I never had trouble teaching my staff how to use it. Within seconds, they're already set to use the system. It is easy to use!

CONS: It will be great if we could set-up the mouse as the primary navigation tool. As the system is mainly for touch screen use, it can be hard to use the mouse.

Excellent support team and service

PROS: I am very pleased with Epos Now's support team. I never have to wait for more than a day whenever we have any questions. Epos' system is also exquisite when it comes to tracking our clients. I can personally send them messages regarding their credit accounts. It is also very easy to learn how to use Epos Now.

CONS: Product updates can be hard, but then again, it's easily resolved by their customer service.

Great system with good customer service.

What do you like best about Epos Now?

I like that it is easy to use along with its oversimplified format, the way that the framework is conservative, the simplicity of learning the framework, the speedy access to help when it is required. On the off chance that your POS framework comes up short, you must have access to help and Epos Now is there when you need it-you don't need to hold up days to hear back. Another element that I adore is the following and reports. I adore that I can follow what clients request and have the option to send messages when clients make installments on their credit accounts is extraordinary. Our clients love this element.

What do you dislike about Epos Now?

Updating the product was somewhat dubious however with the assistance of the phone group this issue was settled before long.

Recommendations to others considering Epos Now?

I would recommend and while you implement, put energy into learning the framework, it will satisfy any business need you may have. The framework will consummate what I need.

What problems is Epos Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us absolute our finish of day deals and with the breakdown of things and sold we can without much of a stretch separate the Vatable deals sparing time for our records group.

Superb software, best I've ever used.

What do you like best about Epos Now?

It's incredibly easy to use; two members of staff covered my store and neither had used Epos Now, they were both able to use the system within seconds and start selling.

What do you dislike about Epos Now?

Sometimes selecting text can be annoying, as the system is primarily set up for touch screen. Using a mouse results in accidental side-scrolling.

Recommendations to others considering Epos Now?

I'd gladly recommend Epos Now to any business because of it's price, ease of use and ability to track sales and profit margins within seconds.

Price, it's way cheaper than the old system, ease of use and ability to track sales and profit margins within seconds.

Effective way to sell products

PROS: Epos Now allowed me to do these two things effectively: processing of payments and keeping track of my inventory.
