COMING FROM HAVING AN ERP THAT WAS VERY INEFFECIENT, BISTRACK IS WONDERFUL FOR KEEPING ALL INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE IN ONE PLACE AND IS EASY TO NAVIGATE.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WE HAVE IS THE SPEED OF THE APPLICATION. THERE IS A LOT OF LAG.

THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE ERP THAT KEEPS ALL DOCUMENTATION IN ONE PLACE AND MAKES IT EASY TO RETAIN AND FIND HISTORICAL DATA.

Epicor BisTrack helps us keep track of inventory and we can build kits for our products. The kits are simple to use.The system has a scan track option that uploads the paper copies of delivery tickets, pick tickets etc into the main system under related documents so you have all files electronically stored.

Invoicing takes 5 steps which is too many. Once the ticket has been picked, you have to mark delivered, then you must complete the AVO's. After that then you must approve the orders, then click invoice. I believe there should be a way to combine some of these steps.I also wish you could pick multiple orders at once instead of individually.

Epicor BisTrack brings great value to the construction company, as it monitors suppliers with the acquisition of materials and product prices. It allows us to make an adequate estimate of the necessary product for the month. Additionally, by creating alerts, we can monitor increases or reductions in cost per unit. This is a great advantage.

The mobility and multi-platform capability that Epicor BisTrack provides is also something that, once you get used to it, you need for all types of software.

At first, it may be a bit difficult to adapt to the functioning of the application. But with the good training and support they offer us, this is more than resolved. If they put the app in front of you without any kind of training, it can be quite confusing to understand the relationship between the different modules. It is important to establish several specialized users in BisTrack within the company. This will allow having personnel to train colleagues in the future.

As far as I'm concerned, it is a young company with relatively new and innovative software. This can cause some occasional problems, such as incorrect configurations. Generally, this type of problem has been resolved by them without any issues.

Ease of use, extremely customizable, overall a great program.

Training modules provided by Epicor are not the best.

The software may not do what you want right off the bat, but Epicor will get it there

We use this as the backbone of our operation, it has replaced 3 programs so far!

Bistrack is a robust system, allowing more efficency at the POS, dispatch and purchasing.

User permission settings seem either overly complicated or not extensive enough at times.

Dispatch and delivery are smoothed right out, as is proper purchasing using the suggested ordering system.

We most appreciate the The comradely and info of fellow users. Some very good instructors.

A few of us got a little lost in the BI boot camp. Instructor was monotone.

There is a lot of power in what it can do. If you know enough about SQL, you can create reports and views to get the info that you need.

I believe that the training could be improved upon. It is difficult for us to train people the correct way.

User experience is kind of raw and ugly. Essential functionality, like printing or updating the stage/status is often found by right clicking. But in all, the functionality is very robust and works great!
