EPAY is bar none the best support system! With 24/7 service! I've had several issues over the years of using them and they surpass my expectations every time! I highly recommend using them for all your needs.

I haven't had a negative experience so I can't tell you anything I dislike about them!

When I get stuck or encountered a glitch they've always been there for me.

I like how easy and straight forward EPAY is to use, both on the mobile app and the website. One of the best things is the quick login time and easy-to-navigate app.

Some things I dislike about the app is that it's not formatted to fit the design and resolution of an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which makes it look outdated. I would like to see improvements in the UI design.

EPAY is helping me and my colleagues keep track of our hours work and help us assure that we're getting compensated for the hours we work past and before our default scheduled shifts.

i have found out if you work with the time clock it is alot better the experience i had with the person helping me fix the issue had far more knowledge than i expected it was very nice he was very good to work with

I already had a previous account and couldn't log in and I called and told the agent that from the start and she accessed my account and send that and fixed it right then. It was fixed and I was able to access and complete the information quickly.

The Epay system allows me to track and identify employee attendance issues quickly. I am now learning how to create a Master Schedule within the website to track problem areas with OT.

The only issue I ran into utilizing this tool is the inability to delete schedules no longer being used. For example, I created a TEST schedule during my practice and am unable to delete it.

The only inquiry I had was answered during my call. Having my questions answered and being shown step-by-step how to create my errors was beneficial because it helped me save time.
