Enquire is very easy to use and even teach new team members how to use it. Its interface makes it simple to find what you're working for and it lets you export your leads or sales into an Excel document.
It's also easy for my team to quickly pull leads for an email list or to pull leads/names for an upcoming mailing. It is also very easy for our Direct Mail team to learn the CRM to be able to effectively pull mail files.
When we complete a tactic for the community, it is very easy for us to find the results of the tactic and match it other ways we can track the results. This means if we see there are 100 phone calls for our invite, but only 5 leads attributed to the invite in Enquire, we know that the client hasn't entered all of their leads into the CRM yet.
The only thing I dislike is the amount of time it takes to download a lead file or sales file that has a time frame of longer than 1 month. Which is typically what we report on with the client.
I think it's a great option and definetley something to consider. It's a platform that also let's you integrate with other softwares which is needed in this day and age.
