What do you like best about Enquire CRM?

Enquire is very easy to use and even teach new team members how to use it. Its interface makes it simple to find what you're working for and it lets you export your leads or sales into an Excel document.

It's also easy for my team to quickly pull leads for an email list or to pull leads/names for an upcoming mailing. It is also very easy for our Direct Mail team to learn the CRM to be able to effectively pull mail files.

When we complete a tactic for the community, it is very easy for us to find the results of the tactic and match it other ways we can track the results. This means if we see there are 100 phone calls for our invite, but only 5 leads attributed to the invite in Enquire, we know that the client hasn't entered all of their leads into the CRM yet.

What do you dislike about Enquire CRM?

The only thing I dislike is the amount of time it takes to download a lead file or sales file that has a time frame of longer than 1 month. Which is typically what we report on with the client.

Recommendations to others considering Enquire CRM:

I think it's a great option and definetley something to consider. It's a platform that also let's you integrate with other softwares which is needed in this day and age.

What problems is Enquire CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're solving our client's occupancy problems and helping find the right people for their inventory. It also lets us track and see how our tactic is performing in real time.

They have managed to create a view that is specific to senior living. And they claim to be HIPPA compliant

Integrations are not what they say they are, leads constantly drop as their API is

In constant conflict with other web servers. You have to custom build everything, customer support is terrible. Escalations are terrible. Reporting is inaccurate and a time suck to try and fix. Did I mention campaigns? Attributions? All of these words enquire uses but no one at enquire knows what they actually mean so you can’t properly report to or what from

Do your self a favor, if you have a growth plan for more than 10 communities, get a product that can handle marketing automation and reporting. Higher an actual

Marketing expert in the Automation and customer experience field outside of senior living, and get a crm that will grow with you like hubspot or Salesforce.

What problems is Enquire CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a good entry level CRM for senior living. It will quickly teach your clients why they need a different product.
