- Can be a bit complicated and overwhelming to set it up for not techie business owners especially those who don't have the access to their hosting server or don't have a basic knowledge of cPanel

Easy to collect reviews from any customer who walks thru your business door while having control of which reviews are posted to sites like Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. and which are first only visible to you and/or your site while you can deal with those to unhappy customers on solving the issue that may arise.

This is a satisfactory tool that can be used fo reviews.

Collecting all the reviews from all the main social reviews platforms like Yelp, Trip Advisory, Google My Business, Trust Pilot, etc. The one feature that I love is the "wall of love" where it pulls in all the reviews from all the major platforms and displays it on your main website using their embed code.

What I don't like is that the do no offer the option to allow Licensees, white-label resellers to display Verified By "Your Company Name" beneith the reviews. If we are purchasing a license and reselling the platform, we should be given the opportunity to validate these reviews that are being collected under the resellers name.

One stops shop to collected and incentivized reviews being collected from previous to existing clients. This is extremely important to help create social proof. These reviews that are being collected are selling the companies services, or products for you.

You can import existing reviews from your Facebook page and Google Business Profile page and offers beautiful choices of how to display and share testimonials and reviews in your website or online store.

Endorsal is very easy to use, does what it says it will do, and does it extremely well. I was able to import my google reviews in just a few steps without error, and had them appearing on my site in minutes. Everyone needs reviews, testimonials, endorsements, both to gather and display.

You can used Endorsal’s “SuperLinks” to send emails to all previous purchasers of your products, asking for reviews.

Endorsal takes the most challenging task of following up for reviews and makes it easy. I've asked clients if they found the reminders annoying and the answer is "No".

There's nothing I dislike. Endorsal has worked through a few initial launch bugs.

Just give it a try. You won't be disappointed. There might be others out there at a lower price, but cheaper isn't better.

The website integration options are wonderful and automating the social media posts is a big plus.
