Encharge has made my email marketing easier and more likely to get done. Super simple & easy to set up and get going, I had a drip campaign set up and running in a couple of hours with both my website and CRM linked via webhooks. Emails can look as simple or complex as you like with the 2 options for design, basic or block based. In over a months use I only run into one problem and customer service sorted it out super fast. I have no hesitation reccomend this to anyone looking email marketing software.

It makes mapping out complex user journeys incredibly intuitive. I can simply drag and drop triggers and actions to see exactly how a lead moves through my funnel. The segmentation is also top-tier; being able to tag and target users based on specific behaviors (like visiting a pricing page or opening a specific email) has significantly improved my conversion rates. It integrates smoothly with my other tools, effectively acting as the "brain" of my marketing stack.

I am very happy because I found a system that allows me, with a reasonable price, to manage my mail flows.
You need some time to understand how it works if you are uses to other systems but it is worth to do it.
I also like the way the statistics are managed.

I’ve been using Encharge for a little while now and it’s quickly becoming one of the most important tools in my stack. What stands out the most is how intuitive the visual flow builder is. We’ve been using Encharge for marketing automation and overall it’s been a really solid experience. We moved to Encharge from MailerLite after hitting the limits of what basic automation could do, and we haven’t looked back. The flow builder is a standout - visual, intuitive, and super low click, which makes building complex journeys surprisingly easy.

One of my absolute favourite things? You can preview the full email right there in the flow. No digging around or clicking through five screens just to remember what’s in it. The same goes for conditions and actions. There are so few clicks involved that building or tweaking flows feels easy. The forms are also refreshingly easy to build and style, no code required. More styling options would be nice, but honestly, they do the job well.

The only real wishlist item for us? We'd love to see conditional logic within email blocks—being able to personalise sections of an email based on tags or data would unlock even more power for segmentation. But even without that, Encharge already gives us so much control, clarity, and ease. That said, the UI does need a bit of love especially when it comes to the email editor. It works, but it’s not the smoothest experience yet. A little polish here would go a long way in making day to day use even more enjoyable.

The integrations are solid, support is super helpful, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about making the experience better.

I run 5-week personal growth programs and used to spend hours sending emails by hand. Since using Encharge, all my emails go out on time: welcome messages, reminders, follow-ups and I don’t have to worry about a thing.
The platform is easy to use. I like how I can build email flows by just dragging and dropping blocks. Even though I’m not technical, I set up everything myself.
We connected Encharge with Formly (for sign-ups), Google Sheets using Make. It all works great and helps me stay organized.
Encharge saves me time every week and makes sure every participant gets the right message at the right moment. I really recommend it if you work with clients, students, or online programs.

Up until now this is a really good option for me, an easy UI and the integration to set up flows is amazing.

There could be more integrations but I believe is it’s on the road map. But overall performance is good.

I came from using mailchimp and mailerlite but en charge is growing on me fast. The easy interface makes it easy not to like the platform.

I have tried numerous mailing list software solutions and found most of them either confusing or lacking personal support. Encharge.io has been a breath of fresh air because the setup process is simple and extremely well documented. Extra praise goes to how they handle adding custom domains and emails, which can often be tricky, but they have made it a breeze with clear instructions and well-labeled sections. I also love how easy it is to set up multiple accounts for separate domains.

Their support is hands-on, actually showing you how things are done instead of just copy-pasting links to knowledge documents under the assumption that we are all mailing list experts.

I appreciate the automatic email verification that helps protect your sender reputation. This is a great bonus, as other solutions I tried required me to verify user emails externally.

The template builder allows you to add custom fonts, which I love because I can maintain consistent company branding. It’s really easy to build professional, attractive newsletters in minutes.

All in all, this has been a positive experience, and I look forward to leveraging the platform to build and maintain a professional mailing list for my clients.
