What do you like best about emsCharts?
Ease of use makes charting emergency calls quick and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about emsCharts?
With minimal experience using computers, it is slightly difficult to teach people who are slightly older.

It is a great product for EMS.

Easy access from any computer, lots of drop down menus and options for defaults.
What do you dislike about emsCharts?
The repetitive questions and inability to close a chart when an unknown error exists.
Recommendations to others considering emsCharts?
It is customizable and allows sharing of information between agencies.
What problems is emsCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier charting than manual and the ability for charts to be reviewed before submitted.

Adequate EMS Charting System
What do you like best about emsCharts?
Works well with state EMSIRS exports. Very friendly support staff.
What do you dislike about emsCharts?
Movement through charts is cumbersome. Data entry can also be cumbersome. Mobile solutions and additional packages too expensive for smaller agencies. Overall cost expensive for smaller agencies (even with fees assessed based on run volumes - consider smaller/different tiers?). Revisions of data tables not easy/not very user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering emsCharts?
Look into other systems before settling on this one.
What problems is emsCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for central electronic repository for all EMS runs. Allows for cradle-to-grave usage (run generation to billing) solutions.
