What do you like best about Emphasys Back Office?

The support has been very helpful, patient and I love the way they connect to my computer and walk me thru the sessions. like all the little reminders and automated features the system has to keep me up to date.

What do you dislike about Emphasys Back Office?

We were unable to export the data until our IS dept created a work-around for us. Once they were able to do that though, it was a huge win for us!

What problems is Emphasys Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provide very helpful training. Always reply promptly when I have questions. I like this software. It's easy to process and pull out reports that I need.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about Emphasys Back Office?

The software is really easy to use and understand. I don't have any experience with accounting, I used several software (trial), I wasn't comfortable with any until I finally tried this one. Emphasys back office is an easy to use tool for any company.

What do you dislike about Emphasys Back Office?

Does not integrate with our few other real estate and communication software.

Recommendations to others considering Emphasys Back Office?

I am really happy with it, the support does their best, you can go for a trial then implement it, you won't be dissapointed.

What problems is Emphasys Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

The reporting is brilliant, detailed and very intuitive, I recommend it. It have saved hours of paper work.

It is easy to use and the support team is fantastic, very responsive. This is a great accounting software suitable for medium and small business , highly customized too.

This software could be more up to date in ways and can have more features.
