e transcription quality is high, with support for multiple recognition languages. We also successfully integrated the service through the API — everything runs smoothly and reliably.

Using eMedia for well-known business TV personality
What do you like best about eMedia Monitor?
It is very easy to navigate the system and find the media clips we're looking for.
What do you dislike about eMedia Monitor?
Maybe once or twice a year a recording hasn't happened for technical reasons. However, eMedia always does their best to fix the situation to our satisfaction.
What problems is eMedia Monitor solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a well-known US-based business analyst who appears on major networks such as CNBC and Fox Business on a regular basis. He wanted us to archive all his appearances, which eMedia makes super easy to do.

MM is uncomplicated at all
What do you like best about eMedia Monitor?
I liked the easy advanced search through keywords. That there is a 30 days archive also. And getting alerts on my email in real time so that i didn't have to check if there are new generated hits regurarly.
