The UI is super intuitive and if I ever have questions there is a very detailed knowledge base section on the website and incredibly attentive customer care available over email.

We have scaled with Embed and due to its ease of use now use it across our portfolio and is our go-to tool for managing digital signage.

No downsides found yet - it seems to do everything we could possibly want.

The system is generally very straightforward to use and when I encountered a problem, the team were very quick to get back to me with step by step instructions on how to solve the issue (it was a matter of me using the wrong content size). The signs are really professional and engaging in our building.

Other than the issue I faced (which was dealt with quickly) I cannot fault Embed Signage.

We can update with content frequently as we have lots of events taking place that we want to advertise. It looks professional and also helps us direct people to donate to us. I like that we can update it virtually without having to be there.

The impressively robust and reliable CMS, backed by outstanding support providing support and inspiration when needed, has streamlined the entire process from creation to deployment.

There really is no downside to this technology.

I love the versatility of this tool. It allows me to embed graphics, video and webpages. This makes updating my digital displays on the fly extremely easy and I don't need to be anywhere near the displays themselves. I can do it from the comfort of my home. Also the ability to manage multiple displays all with different layouts is incredible.

Sometimes the preview in the web interface isn't true to what you see on the screen. Makes it a little harder to get the proportions correct but not a deal breaker.

This tool allows us to communicate with our in-person users that walk through our facilities. It helps us give location information, event information and historical information about the space they are in. It has certainly made disseminating information much easier. Especially when it is time sensitive.

I've been using Embed for a number of years, and it's probably the best CMS platform out there. Fast and responsive software with all the features I need.

I have a number of media screens in my estate which are not able to run Embed due to software limitations. It would be handy to have a few more app variations that suit a wider variety of screens.

It would be too time-consuming to manually update content on our screens. Embed allows us this to do this remotely.

It's very easy to use and install onto pre-existing hardware!

No subtitles on IPTV streams which quite a number of people have requested

We used to have a bunch of PCs that all had to be changed manually throughout the office. This negates that as I can now control it all from my machine.

Ease of use and simple user interface helps in simple customer training

Adding sensors to create experience and data analysis from that experience helps in decision making for store.

It's really easy to create effective branded signage for your needs. We use it on factory floors 24/7 to display run rates, and the setup was incredibly easy.

The Customer Support though stands it apart. I've had an instance where we couldn't get something to work on one of the TVs, and it was actually Microsoft's fault - but their help in getting a workaround has actually given a better solution than we initially installed. It was so easy to integrate onto our current network too.

There have been a couple of occasions where the software has timed out - but it's only happened on a couple of occasions, so doesn't affect usage particularly. Very easily fixed with a 30 second reboot too.

We switched to embed signage recently for our office screens around our building. The difference has been huge - the tool is so easy to use and intuitive. Colleagues who are not from Comms find it easy to use as well, and it saves us a whole lot of paper for printing! I have taken to creating animated slides on Canva and uploading as MP4. The quality is great and they are more eyecatching than stills. Plus the media wall is easy to update in our reception. Thanks to Drew and the team for helping us get started.

So far I haven't found any downsides! The tool is super simple to use.

Originally we had noticeboards around our building, where I would regularly print off posters for. Now, we have a digital display with embed signage on each floor. This has not only saved me time and saved paper/printing - it has also saved me from manually updating 8 areas of the building. Now, I can just upload new content in one go to all screens.

The most useful feature is the Power BI widget, it's very easy to configure, navigate and use, really great support when a problem happen, very configurable.

I would love to have available to change the clock time zone and there's been a couple of times with failures on the power BI widget, but it has been quickly resolved.
