We are able to keep track of the students in our admissions funnel for efficiency. We also have utilized tasks and notes to help with follow up and student conversion.

I like the integration of the different platforms operated by Ellucian.

We had some lag in the web applications where students applications could not go through.

It is a very good software and their customer support is top.

Student Enrollment. One of the benefits has been the ease of use and the ability to pull information from different parts of the ellucian programs because of the integration.

The amount of people involved in making sure Ellucian runs properly was a slight pain as we realized we did not have the finances or man power to ensure this was going to be successful when we first signed up.

We are solving dashboard issues we had in the past and we are solving better intracompany communication.

Ellucian CRM Recruit helps us to track communication and the admissions process with each student we work with at all stages of the funnel. We can integrate with Colleague, which is beneficial as well.

It would be nice to be able to have a solution that allows all departments to see communication with an individual student across the board vs. tracking in multiple systems.

We are able to more easily Recruit students when using a CRM system to track the process.

Recruit CRM is a very robust tool that allows our organization to accept applications from a variety of third party application services. It collects these applications and funnels them to our Admissions team for further review and provides great insight into applicant data.

Though it is a powerful tool, implementing Recruit CRM was a very long process. Our Admins are always having to go back and fix workflows after platform updates are pushed out.

Before implementing Recruit CRM, our Admissions team had no good way of analyzing our applicant data as desired. After implementation, that analysis has become much easier and more insightful.

It is an easy way for all team members to collaborate regarding recruitment of a student

you should make sure that it works with other systems that the university is using. be prepared to ask for certain customization fields.

we have recruiters in other countries and different time zones, and this is a great way to see everyone's work and comments regarding the individual student.

It’s a great tool for organizing many facets of students’ information.

After the latest update you can’t make it full screen which is harder to use.

It allows me to have the information I need readily available.

The program is user friendly and allows the operations team to work alongside the counselors and prospective/current students. Workflows are easy to set up and run, which makes work much quicker. The system catches flaws for us, and adding employee accessibility for cleanup is easy. This team accessibility is ideal, as many people touch each application/person record.

The system slows down significantly and seemly at random, and random system peculiarities occur. For example, I can only use Recruit on Google Chrome, while my coworker (same office and internet access) can only use Recruit on Firefox. Updates sometimes reset infrequently used access points within the system, such as moving an prospect to an opportunity.

Currently our biggest issue is with duplicates, as they slip through the cracks very easily. Counselors often create a person record that has little information and therefore is difficult for data entry workers to find as they input prospective student info. We've put systems into place to prevent duplicates, but they still happen and locating created duplicates to merge can be difficult.
