I like the ease of creating courses, how quickly it integrated with Dayforce.

I wish it offered more variety as far as customization goes, more fonts, colors, etc.

Customizing and tailoring training modules for my team and other departments on eduMe is an enjoyable experience. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, eliminating the need for extensive training. Particularly for GenZ associates, completing their training on mobile phones is more common than traditional desktop methods and more interactive, making it a time-saving solution.

So far, it's excellent; however, there should be an option to add videos or links and make it more immersive

The eduMe team has been nothing short of extraordinary to work with - assisting with content mapping, ideation, and making sure we are laser-focused on ROI. In general, I love how user-friendly the eduMe platform is, and all of the educational content they have around building a digestible, effective course.

I can't think of anything I dislike about using eduMe.

What I like most is how you can answer questions; if wrong, you share where it went wrong. Very helpful for continued training on our platform

Edume has been such a vital training platform for our customer support team. We've been able to transition our training materials seamlessly to the Edume platform.

Would love to be able to incorporate Edume with GSuite to help transfer documentation to training modules.

Edume has allowed our team to increase our internal time for more coaching and engagement activities.

eduMe allows for training topics to be broken down into small, digestible chunks that can be viewed by learners on mobile devices wherever they are. This helps reach our geographically dispersed employee base to provide them with the quality training content they need to succeed.

The least helpful thing about eduMe right now is the inability to organize the content easily on the eduMe dashboard in helpful ways. We're not currently able to customize how courses can be organized based on our business needs, which makes it difficult to create "learner pathways" for our employees. This is something they recognize as an opportunity for improvement. eduMe has been incredibly open to customer feedback and finding customized solutions, so I expect we'll have a solution for this in the near future.

eduMe is helping us scale our training curriculum and is allowing us to get necessary training out to the masses in ways that they're able to digest and learn.

.Edume is a great platform to easily upload created material, format and build quick and efficient video sessions, it is also easy to use for users, with who we share these materials

The most trouble we encounter is from user side, which makes it difficult for them to sign in or register in Edume, usually im not having trouble as an admin but lots of users have said they encountered this issue

Edume is helping me to create an easy to use space for my tutorials to share it with mass users, this is for potential courier partners who needs training before they actually go on a duty

It's really smooth and easy to work with on a daily occurrence, it's reliable and if I've ever needed support, the eduMe team have been so quick and caring to assist me.

It's constantly being improved, and our Customer Success Manager is great at updating us on new changes to utilise.

The process for translating courses into different languages is a little manual currently however we were recently informed that this is due to change and improve!

Some of our typical users have resistance to completing time-consuming assessments, so we recently created new microlearning modules for one of our clients. This has made a transformative impact on their business already as the training in eduMe is so much better and quicker to complete than their previous system, and has had a far greater uptake.

We have been trying to integrate into teams, and this has made it harder to start the process of using the system.
