I've been using eClincher for a couple of years now, and they've been a vital part of my work. I use it every day. Just imagine how much time it will take to post to all social media sites using several business accounts. Not to mention my clients'. But thanks to them, my business runs like clockwork. I just connect eClincher to all my social media account and add my content to a queue, and they'll be posted in the schedule I set.
The best part is the customer support. It's unrivaled, in my opinion. If I have a question, a complaint or if I simply want to whine about a feature they changed, I can reach someone in an instant. I highly recommend them, especially if you're a heavy social media marketer.
I hope eClincher keeps things uncomplicated. Sometimes, more features doesn't always mean better. There are still ways to improve. It's not that easy to use if you're new to the site. There's a learning curve.

eClincher has been such a game-changer for our social media management. It used to take our team a lot of time to publish content to each social media separately, as well as log in to each social media and respond to comments because we post to almost every social media platform. eClincher has allowed us to become more efficient with posting and engaging with our customers because it is all centralized in one area. Customer service and support is also vital to our business, so being able to respond to comments in one centralized area is very important for our business.
Our social media manager also loves the scheduling feature because it allows us to plan and for her get ahead of the game and schedule posts so we are not scrambling last minute to get posts up on every social media platform.
We also love the analytics and detailed reports that are sent straight to our email. It allows us to strategize what content to make next and which social medias are working the best for us.
We have noticed some limitations when it comes to certain posting optimizations for each social media. Normally when you go to post content to YouTube for example, there are many optimizations you can make for your piece of content before posting. In the past, eClincher has been a bit limited and we have had to go back into YouTube after posting to make certain optimizations, but it is very possible that eClincher has already implemented or is working on implementing more optimizations for each social media.

They allow you to connect (at the $99 service level) up to 30 social accounts, 10 Anayltics account, plus your bit.ly, feedly, Google Drive, Zendesk, Yelp, and Pocket. Additionally, it comes pre-loaded with connection to Canva, free stock photo services, and gif library. With so many tools its easy to control your every aspect of your social media from one central place.
eClincher isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some of the other management programs. This isn't too much of an issue, because the underwhelming appearance gives way to the overpowered functionality of the platform. There are some small issues like laggy screens, bugs in the connection tool, and the feed monitoring could be a little more intuitive or useful.
If you have (or will have) more than 10 social profiles to monitor, choose eClincher. Unless you willing to foot the bill for some of the "cadillac" level of programs, eClincher gives you the most functionality and profile connections for your money. It is a little light on the whitelabeling ability, so if you plan on whitelabeling, you may want to look at a different program. But, if you plan on monitoring and posting for 20-30 social accounts, then make sure you check out eClincher.
Instead of logging into each individual social platform, we can have all our accounts in one easy to manage dashboard. This is especially helpful as an agency because we can monitor all our clients in spot.
We love how EClincher covers all of our needs in a social media scheduler. From bulk uploading to engagement, we can do everything we need right in the application. The customer support is phenomenal. Their team never hesitates to jump on a Google Meet call to assist with any issues we might have and find a solution. We have been using EClincher for over 5 years and have yet to find a reason to use anything else.
Sometimes it can be a little slow to respond, but they seem to continue to work towards improving that. We love the bulk upload option, but it can be temperamental at times however it usually just takes a few tweaks to our date to get it to work.
