What do you like best about Easyship?I was able to connect with a real agent right away through their chat portal and get several issues I was dealing with resolved at the same time. They also answered the questions I had about future shipments. What do you like best about Easyship?EasyShip has good support during API development and integration. Whenever I needed help, they answered my questions quickly. They also have major carriers in the wallet with maximum discounts, which makes it very easy to integrate, generate labels, and get shipping rates as well. Performance of API and platform is very quick.What do you dislike about Easyship?The UI is a bit confusing for me, and it’s hard to find the sandbox and other sections.What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?They solved my pricing-related questions and also guided me on how to generate a label with the product key. They even suggested that I cancel it if I’m not using it, so I can get a refund back.

What do you like best about Easyship?My favorite thing about Easyship is the customer service team. They’re always quick to help, and they handle issues so diligently that sometimes I assume something must be beyond their limits, yet they still manage to solve it anyway. Their API is also really good we've connected it to our own personal portal and it's very seamless in handling requests. I'm also really impressed with how they managed to get good pricing for labels that would otherwise cost us so much we really appreciate that, the UI is OK at best but it gets the job done.What do you dislike about Easyship?Sometimes the user interface feels a bit hostile, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, it works well and gets the job done, even if it can come across as plain and a little lackluster. Also, the portal sometimes crashes on my device, and then I have to switch to using it on my phone. The problem is that it doesn’t handle Chrome on my pc very well, and that really frustrates me.What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?I tested the automatic address verification feature they added, and it’s really helpful. Sometimes customers enter the wrong address, and that ends up costing us more to reship. Having this verification in place makes a big difference, so overall it’s a very helpful feature.

Their customer service is bar none—they’ve always taken care of me and made sure everything gets handled. The website is very easy to use and reliable.
