What do you like best about EasyRecovery?

EasyRecover is one of the easiest recovery software to work with because of the simple UI it offers. I also like that it is flexible and works with all kinds of storage solutions.

What do you dislike about EasyRecovery?

This file recovery solution is quite on the expensive, especially since the license is time-based, not a lifetime license.

Recommendations to others considering EasyRecovery?

In addition, the customer service center could use some improvements.

Please go through the recovery features that EasyRecovery has before making the decision to purchase, as some features that are present in other alternatives are missing here.

Excellent Affordable Data Recovery Tool for Tech Shops and Power Users Alike

What do you like best about EasyRecovery?

What I like the best about Ontrack EasyRecovery is it has maintained an easy to use interface while remaining powerful. It's quick and expedient in handling many of the data loss issues we've had to encounter.

What do you dislike about EasyRecovery?

The only thing I dislike is the licensing management can be a pain. If you forget to disable the license before moving it to another system, it isn't easy to get it back.

Recommendations to others considering EasyRecovery?

My recommendation is to buy it! There's no negative for having this tool in your overall kit for when you need to address data loss situations.

What problems is EasyRecovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving our need for a tool that can assist with initial triage and simple to semi-complicated data loss situations without costing a ton.

Great Product for Recovering Files

What do you like best about EasyRecovery?

Ontrack Easy Recovery made is possible for me to retrieve files from a hard drive that had damaged sectors.

What do you dislike about EasyRecovery?

I didn't find anything that I didn't like about the program.

I'm able to recovery data from machines that are damaged or have lost sectors.

I like the deep clean mode, the speed of recovery and also the support that the software offers.

Nothing much really, just the fact that sometimes space can be an issue.

What do you like best about EasyRecovery?

Very easy to recover data in simple steps. Recover famous data type like ms office files outlook pdf videos and audio even compress files

What do you dislike about EasyRecovery?

Sone tine its shows currpted files with red symbol mean its cant be recover even files are dic docs or excel file and pdf. Its loise my hope to recover that files

Recommendations to others considering EasyRecovery?

I recover my users deleted files. Most if users using multi user acoount on same pc and some time one user accidentally delete files that are required by other users.
